I'm sure they can try. Any reasonable person sees the flaw inherent, and a professional logician (e.g. a good judge!) can see the fallacy of the Undistributed Middle at work here:

Slicer {A} is a critic {B}. (A is in B)
Slicer {A} is a mean asshole {C} (A is in C)
Therefore all critics {B} are mean assholes {C} (B is in C).

In other words, the only people that the scienos are going to fool are idiots {D} and other scienos {E} (but since E is in D, I'm being redundant).

Slicer, my post was a friendly attempt to encourage you to keep posting, but asking you to exercise care for the consideration of others.

I dont care if you are A,B,C,D or E, that was not the point of my post, and I feel that I am wasting my time trying to be constructive. Maybe its your style of humour, maybe not, but my response now is simply .....
