Carly Crutchfield sent out two emails to her spy-ridden database on the 11th of April 2012 advising of the sale of CCORP to WOOHOO Group Pty Ltd. The first email was titled “CCORP HAS SOLD” and the second that day was headlined “Welcome to WOOHOO”.

So, Carly Crutchfield has finally actually managed to sell CCORP? Really? We were intrigued by news of this sale. After all with Carly’s Crutchfield and her company’s reputation in tatters it’s incomprehensible to us that anyone would be ... well ... dumb enough to want to be associated with her or her company let alone purchase it!

All this against a backdrop of Carly trying to sell CCORP for the last two years.

With our intrigue piqued we decided to do a little research into Carly Crutchfield’s claim, knowing from experience that misrepresentations and deceptions were an integral part of her nature.

Welcome to WooHoo ... whatever that is.We already knew that Carly Crutchfield was in serious rent arrears, her premises had been up for lease for almost a year, hundreds of people were refusing to pay balances for the misrepresented courses they had been deceived into purchasing under high pressure, and dozens were suing her for refunds.

All this time Carly Crutchfield was trying to — and claims she had succeeded in — selling CCORP despite the mounting evidence of her deceiving people about her property development experience, her wealth and her expertise exposed on Channel Sevens Today Tonight programme as well as major newspapers.

On the fourth of May 2011 we wrote an article titled “The Rise and Lies of Carly Crutchfield” in which we exposed her as a fraud with no property development experience. We also promised you that part two would be about the demise of CCORP.

Since that article we’ve remained active behind the scenes, tracking Carly’s every move.
Now, we deliver as promised.

The results are in and an ASIC company search on CCORP now shows that CCORP was not sold to WOOHOO but was placed “** Under External Administration And/Or Controller Appointed **” on the 2nd of April 2012.
In other words CCORP was not sold.
CCORP went bust!!!

See it for yourself. CCORP went bust.So what does this mean for the people who Carly owes thousands and even millions of dollars to? You guessed it: Carly Crutchfield gets to walk away scot-free and sets up another company, identical to CCORP (think WOOHOO) and continues the scam on fresh victims. Rinse and repeat.
