Susan Gaut, director of special affairs at the mission, said the threat was a prank call and the evacuation was a precaution.

Boulder police Sgt. Doyle Thomas said police searched the offices at 1021 Pearl St. and didn't find anything suspicious.

Scientologist Susan Gaut appeared on the "AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR ARREST WARRANT" (January 2010) listed as one of the witnesses in the William Rex Fowler murder of Tom Ciancio.

If they received a call, I wouldnot be shocked it if came from a lonely staffer who is doing amends for pulling in an empty org

The amazing thing is, this is the same Susan Gaut, director of special affairs that worked at Fowler Software. Her boss (OT7) murdered a man and she stayed in the cult? Yeper these are some sickos. If there is one place on Earth that should be a prime Scientology recruiting area, Boulder, Colorado is it. Home of "Mork and Mindy", Boulder is the most ethereal, liberal city in the US. The little Boulder Mission has possibly the most foot traffic of any Scientology facility, barring NYC, located one block from the heavily foot-trafficked Boulder Mall. Yet, there are no bodies in the shop. Every time I have walked past, it has been deserted. I have never actually seen any staff, never seen anyone enter or leave. It is just like the empty little Christian Science Reading Rooms (if you can find one) "manned" by some 80 year old woman.
