where she is also described as

My question is this, is she a real (medical) doctor, if she is not is she allowed to call herself one?. And if not, should someone dob her in for this?

If you read my response in the original thread in Narconon Exposed it will explain she is not a real Medical Doctor. If you can contact the medical licensing board in your country and she will be as the CofS would say *Handled*.
