Manually pasting URL as my first post but using "preview" button before submitting the post, failed on preview (shows the censor still on link but with IMG tags shows ok on "submit"...

Yes, worked for me as well on my test, but with Photobucket only. Pic's hosted from Picasa web albums would not show up, so looks like it is going to have to be PB for now.
