Hi, I'm in trouble with CoS and need help. I posted a message in Tory's take - to Tory - I've tried to get to you and she through email but it got bounced back.

My situation requires the utmost confidence - I'll so whatever you like to prove I'm not CoS.

I need help and someone whom I told my tale of horror told me I may find help or at least some advice on what steps to take in this forum.

If there is any way to talk or email or fax - or anything, I hope we can. I am really terrified.

I posted on here as anonymous awhile ago, I wanted to get back here and tell you how wrong I was about this man and his family.

He and everyone they know are dangerous, lying, and very evil people. My life is being detroyed just trying to get away from him.

Keep up your fight against these criminal people - because they can justify anything they do with lies. If I am ever safely enough away from their revenge I want to help fight Scientology. It is a truly evil, debased group who will kill you if you make them mad.

Great site and love that you keep adding things!

This was the very first critical site and, truly, the first place I ever saw anything critical about the church of any real substance. I hadn't encountered anything on the Internet yet whatsoever.

In trying to help a friend and fellow scientologist on the Internet, I ran into a link to your site. Interestingly enough, I was actually doing a bit of anti-psych stuff there when I saw this link.

I can't say why really, but I became curious and thought something along the lines of "I'll quickly take a peek and get out before I get enturbulated or something ... it's all a crock anyway." So, I clicked on the link and saw your site for the first time and the sheer number of links and their titles made me more curious. Some pissed me off because I thought they were highly inaccurate and others definitely ingrigued me.

Pretty soon I found myself reading and downloading about everything on your site. And I knew that I had found more substantiated information than I ever had in the church. I also knew that I had read too much, way too much, which aligned with direct observations I had.

Thanks for providing a road to the truth about this organization. Wish me well in not losing my family, friends, etc. as I begin to disclose my honest feelings, and as I try to unwrap a lifetime of being involved with this group. It's the only difficult factor about leaving or openly leaving. I guess I'll find out who really are my friends after all.

Better to live with the truth, than to pretend that you can help someone achieve total freedom. Though I know of many people having some self-betterment with beginning principles, after 29 years in the church, it had become quite evident that it couldn't help the individual one iota toward total freedom. Your website helped put the icing on the cake for me, and filled in some of the puzzle.

To Alfred: My thoughts are with you as you begin the difficult road of separating yourself and your life from the co$. Brace yourself for the constant insistance that you have simply gone "PTS" by $cientology and your family/friends, who are deluded. I'm sure you realize by now that the terms "PTS" and "SP" are just a means of denying anything that might shine light on the falsehoods of $cientology.

As you say, you will find out who your real friends are. It is very likely none of your former associates will talk or listen to you. Try not to be discouraged and focus on getting on with your life. Realize you are setting an example for them and perhaps, the ones with doubts of their own, will follow you in the months and years to come.

You sound like you have a good head on your shoulders and understand what you are up against. Thank you for sharing your story. Please feel free to come back any time and let us know how you are doing.

I wound up here today for the first time because last night I had an amazing lucid dream where I debated Scientology back and forth with some unseen adherent. It was quite amazing and I remember being able to counter each and every point he made - it was like I was three feet back of the whole thing - mightily impressed. My own points (sounds like an ego trip) really reinforced how insidious $cientology is.

Adherents are in what I visualised as some kind of iron sphere which hardly a shaft of outer awareness can reach. A pitiable state really if it wasn't for the fact that they are capable of such hateful actions.

I'm still Anonymous at the moment because I havn't been able to figure out how to get username yet!
