All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.

Don't believe your friends when they ask you to be honest with them. All they really want is to be maintained in the good opinion they have of themselves.

Why is it always that whenever a scientologist gets cornered they go from being crazy to freakin' crazy? Do scientologist even listen to what they are saying and how it makes them sound? I've said a lot of dumb things and learned from all my experiences. Scientologist seem to think "dumb" works. Ron White said you can't fix stupid.

Government and state can never be perfect because they owe their raison d'etre to the imperfection of man and can attain their end, the elimination of man's innate impulse to violence, only by recourse to violence, the very thing they are called upon to prevent.

Government cannot make man richer, but it can make him poorer.

In the long run the ideas of the majority, however detrimental they may be, will carry on. The future of mankind depends on the ability of the elite to influence public opinion in the right direction.

It is impossible to understand the history of economic thought if one does not pay attention to the fact that economics as such is a challenge to the conceit of those in power.

-- Ludwig von Mises

When the day comes that anyone can bend our country’s laws and lawmakers to serve selfish, competitive ends, that day democratic government dies. And we’re just optimistic enough to believe that once the facts are on the table, American public opinion will walk in with a big stick.

"Almost all Scientologists don't find out about the fact that
their cult is a flying saucer cult under _years_ of being
in the cult and after tens of thousands of dollars have been spent
for the dubious privelage of purchasing "OT3." Until they've been
brainwashed to financially rooked they're not told a thing about
the Marcabs, Xenu, flying saucers, and the invisible murdered space
alien infestation that they're actually scrapeing off with "auditing."

Most Scientologists have no idea what Scientology is about. "

" It's quite 'clear' to anyone not trained in 'The Tech'
that 'Clear' is a designation without a referent.
It's a 'made up' state like 'Jedi Knight'.
That's all it is. There are no Jedi Knights.
There are no 'Clears'.
