How many of you took this opportunity to change/alter your online moniker with this message board upgrade? I thought about it, but decided to remain as I am. Post your new identity here, and if you are willing, explain the reasons for change.

Yes, there do appear to be some new names around whose tone I think I recognize.

Tammy, were you Ladybird before the change?

All the best to all the best.

I had cancelled my old email, so had to re-register. I kept the "Ladybird" nick, but all my old posts are under the nick "Tammy".

I am demanding that all my ghosts get their own accounts, but not to worry, we are all feisty and thoroughly pissed off at scientology.

We have over a hundred years between us. 8)

Alan,

I didn't change anything. I just, temporarily forgot the last email address I used here. After I remembered this I had no trouble.

I just figured that I should keep the same identity as before. I like the continuity.

Best regards,
Larry

Not me, I decided to change my ID to something a little closer to who I really is

Yeah, I would like to know too. So come forth, and reveal your "past life* or "lives". .

I'm still Tigger, thanks to a "peach" of a guy and going around a few curves. My old email address, boobootigger@webtv.net was no longer valid. And I had neglected to change it to my present one: Tiggerinthebox@webtv.net.

Now I'd like to put up a picture. Can this be done from an online post card? (Remember I use webtv which doesn't do all that fancy computer stuff.)

Angel's Preview Page

Is it possible to use this postcard with the words? If so, how can it be done?

Thanks,

Tigger

I would like to change my Tammy posts back to Ladybird, which is what I originally wrote under. For some reason all my old posts got changed to my user name "Tammy" instead of my nick "Ladybird".

I see that Tigger has re-instated her old nick after changing it several times.

I need some hand holding here, please explain it very clearly and s l o w l y so this old lady can understand.

Another point...I have noticed the posts are not numbered by post anymore...whichever post of someones you look at gives their cumulative total, as opposed to individual numbers at the time it was written.

That makes it even harder to use the search function. I have taken others advice and now search OCMB through google.

Thanks for all the wonderful upgrades, and for hosting this board.

Respectfully, Ladybird

It won't do. I don't know why. I followed the procedures you described and I could not change my user name (although I wanted to).
Sorry for being glib.
