My additional 2 cents: I'd rather he not have been banned either. But I completely understand Roan's reasons for doing so. They were pretty clearly explained. And on a moderated board he was completely within his rights for doing so.

What I'm getting mighty tired of is all this "daywatch this" and "megaphonebitch" that.

It's *just as bad* as "tory this" and "wbm that".

Rad idea: enturb would be much better if the whole board was made completely, properly, chan style anon.

Freedom of Speach has it's cost. Sure you can say it but somewhere down the line there might be a price to pay for it. Each of us has to decide if its worth the cost when we say or post it.

This is a message board. Like it or not the owner of the board has the right to set up the rules they see fit for whatever reason. If a poster doesn't agree with the rules or decisions made they can;

Leave and spend the next ten years building their own board with the rules they think they need.

Find another board to hang on. There are so many out there it shouldn't be to hard to find one thats a good fit for you.

These message boards are great and I do learn a lot from them. I also tend to hang on the boards I feel most at home with. EO and TD are just a bit much for me. But to each his/her own.

250 plus posts rational discussing this issue when the time could have been better spent fighting scientology. I respect that some think the Daywatch ban was wrong. I don't run the board and thank God I didn't have to make the decision.

But really, someone has to. This is not the kind of board where you can let anything and everything be said. I respect that just as I respect that other boards are different.

But lets remember, the goal is the same.

I saw NO "fighting" on this thread. I saw intelligent discussion.

Look, I had something I had to deal with the last couple of weeks and I come back to the internet and see that all hell broke loose. All this goddamn bickering and fighting is just making my antenna go up.

I don't care if it's OSA or the channers or just a few out of hand people on either side of the OG or anon great divide. And you know what; the fact that I used the term great divide IS the problem.

Now I know a lot of you are still somewhat skeptical about anonymous and thats fine. What you shouldn't do is demoralize people who are just here to HELP US. This is sick what's going on. Here's a thread that goes on an on while real threats of great importance to the cause is just getting bogged down with this shit.

I was nosing around on ARS and OCMB before I decided to post anything. Hell, I don't go on enturb that much but today I had to because of all the shit that was going on because a few people told me all hell has broken loose.

From what I can tell here's what I think is going on regardless of the faces behind the scenes and the hands pulling strings or whatever various conspiracy theories.

It's all a bunch of childish shit that is just feeding the beast and the only thing that will come of all this fighting is a HUGE win for Co$.

Notice how all the old accounts with low post counts come out of the woodwork to fuel the fire. Congratulations, you're playing into OSA's game whether they are the ones doing it or not.

If Daywatch gets banned; fine. Let him take that up with Roan and Andreas. If you have something to say about it, PM them. If Tory makes an apology that doesn't live up to your expectations, fine. Tell her that. If you don't like hot Tommy reacted to MPB, fine. Tell him that.

Don't go and start unnecessary distractionary drama.
