This question is to Andreas and Roan, is it possible to sticky the occasional important thread? Every so often, some breaking news or big thing happens, like the symposium in Germany; and it'd be nice if topics like that are stickied for a short time.

I don't want to see it for garden-variety discussion, reserve it for big things. It drives me nuts when a derailed thread starts pushing the big stuff downwards!
