Lagniappe QUOTE: Sarah Gorgone, the CO IHELP, is assisting David Miscavige in the
annhilation of the field auditors, under the guise of 'helping' auditors,
they're systematically targetting them, particularly in the Clearwater area.

It happens that someone found an obscure old PL that states that
there shouldn't be any field auditors within a 20 mile distance from
the the St Hill England Org, and since David Miscavige loves
arbitraries, they are now implementing that policy to all the field
auditors near Flag.

Sarah's big campaign already hitted John Bellmaine, John Wallet, and Mark
Barbie amongst others and closed their field practice despite the fact
that they are Flag Class VI GAT Grads.

Just recently all the field auditors are being harrassed and I heard
some of them are planning to move out of town soon. The ones that are
still there are now being ordered to turn in a video, I am sure as an
excuse to flunk them and then suspend their certs.

Why encourage people who live in Clearwater to train when they know
they cannot practice. Sarah Gorgone is not issuing any more licenses
there.

In the last Flag graduation two of the BC grads were told they cannot
start a field practice unless they move out. Maybe this is a way to
force people to start some place else and then Miscavige can announce
it on his events, "how 'big' $cientology is expanding".

DC, wow another huge foot bullet.

Last year or so they said that WISE consultants can't have scientologists as clients so that pretty much did it for most of the consultants.

Now go after the field auditors, there are many field auditors in clearwater making a ton of money every month.

Keep pushing Miscavige, you'll get everyone mad at you eventually and they will all fade away and you will be left with nothing!!!!!

I hope OSA is reading this!!!

So as a WISE consultant, once you take on a raw meat as a client and turn him into a steely eyed Scientologist, you have to drop him?

Even after what I've been through to read of the continuing intrusiveness into the public's affairs just floors me. But not only that they are totally blind to the negative effects this has as they will attribute any "backflash" to O/W's out-ethics, etc. So they continue on their merry way alienating the field one group after another.

No 8C Now, yes, once you make them a scientologist, you have to drop them. The idea of WISE being the front group they are for scientology, they are supposed to be getting new people all the time.

This is a repeat of what happened in the early 1980s. At that time there were many feild auditors and independently-operated missions that were able to be more responsive to their public than the heavily beaurocratic orgs.

It wasn't hard for DM to notice that many people prefered to use the Org's competition. But instead of making the orgs more responsive, he clamped down on the field auditior and engineered a coup on the mission network that virtually destroyed it. IMO, the church never grew back to the size it was previously.

Now those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

You are right about the destruction of the field. The Finance Police and other control efforts drove many away, never to return. Worse for the org, they are sitting out there with free zone practices or have retrained as psychologists or other kinds of therapists.

Even if they tried to return, the Gold Age of Tech should finish them off with permanent alienation. I know several Founding Scientologists who don't even want to talk about it any more. Strange thing is that in the late 1970's you could find similarly disaffected people in major metro areas. Scn management truly doesn't learn from their mistakes and appears to repeat them over and over.

Just saw the promo for Flags SHSBC course room and an fluff piece with Mark took up a whole page. Wonder what he really thinks now.
John was listed as a recent graduate.

I contacted a field auditor with a practice in Clearwater to confirm this and yes, they do have to move 20 miles away, and there were hints of other restictions like only auditing people intro levels because they are supposed to route them to orgs.

I was even told that the clearwater mission has to move.

Like I said before, another foot bullet.

To say the least, this field auditor and associates and family are really angry and unhappy about this.

I think more "truman shows" are getting cracked.

Gorgone scared away Auditor's Convention, says Lagniappe
QUOTE:
There was a time when many auditors would show up for the Auditor's
Convention at Flag in the fall. This year, however, there were so few
people that confirmed, that the convention had to be cancelled.

The excuse they gave was that Florida was having bad weather and
flights were being delayed. However, there are over 400 auditors in
the Tampa/Clearwater area that do not audit and did NOT have to catch
any flights at all to attend.

They simply did not want to attend the Convention as IHELP (to stop)
has made it so unpleasant to be anywhere near the base, by being
constantly harrassed by the CO IHELP, Sarah Gorgone.

"Management" says it is because the (the previously trained auditors)
have too many MU's and False Data, and is why they don't audit, and those
who have not done the GAT are auditing incorrectly, and like in a
police state, they make it mandatory to be retrained, but at the same
time make it impossible to have a workable schedule to get training.

And now IHELP (to stop) has made it impossible for any auditing to
occur outside Flag. Sarah Gorgone the appointed policeman for IHELP,
and certainly does her part to keep the field auditors from working.

IHELP executives say they are the keepers of the trademarks under the
RTC. Since the LRH trademarks are no longer owned by the Church of
Scientology, IHELP then is just the gestapo-like arm of the lawyers and
other outsiders that own the trademarks.

So now most of the field auditors have gone quietly auditing underground
and are no longer paying IHELP any tithes and there are not very many new
ones becoming members anymore as it is well known how IHELP has been
destroying field auditor's practice.

So OSA now you know the real truth why the Auditor's Convention was
cancelled this year. Everyday there are less and less auditors, ony
pretty buildings but no wins. Dear OSA reader, leave while you can, and
don't forget, bring as many documents as you can because the Church won't
make it, so don't waste your life there.

I always thought Sarah was a very nice person.

I bet she is just being forced to be the strong arm by uplines.

Maybe this will crack her Truman Show and she'll leave the SO.

She always stood up for her field auditors in the past.

Imagine your job is to take care of auditors. Then your job is changed to driving them further than twenty miles from Flag. Then your job is to bring them back for a convention, so you can interrogate them about whether they DID move, or nag the ones who haven't moved yet. Surprise, surprise! They don't want to come to the convention. They don't want to even talk to you. Sarah, you have eliminated your own job!

CoS has mystical longing for the old Saint Hill days, when people were crowding in, new staff had full employment, there was enough money for everyone, and stats kept rising. Thinking they can find a magic "rule" from that era to bring it back, is like the cargo cults in the Pacific, WIKIPEDIA QUOTE:
When the war moved on, and ultimately when it ended, the airbases were abandoned and no new "cargo" was then being dropped.

In attempts to get cargo to fall by parachute or land in planes or ships again, islanders adopted a shallow version of the same practices they had seen the soldiers, sailors and airmen use. They carved headphones from wood, and wore them while sitting in control towers. They waved the landing signals while standing on the runways. They lit signal fires and torches to light up runways and lighthouses.
END QUOTE

Eventually, CoS will have to realize the Saint Hill days are gone forever, and no magic rule or capricious idea will bring them back.
