Another picture of the same room, this time facing more toward the entrance to
the room. The closed door on the right side of the photo is for the bathroom,
which has a toilet, sink and shower. You can see it's a pretty small bathroom,
approximately 5 feet by 5 feet in size. For reference, the bathroom door is
approximately 2 1/2 feet wide.

And here is the guy who took the pictures of the room. He is facing the beds on
the left side of the room, in case you can't figure out the perspective. The door
to the closet next to the bed is open, that's why you see the mirror. See the
first photo in Sponge's post above. The closet door with the hangar is open, and
it has a mirror on the inside of the door.

Apparently scientologists have given all they have and can borrow to the cult. Sea Orgs were always accused of stealing public and staff from the Class V orgs. Apparently they are not even trying to hide it any more.

These rooms are not "luxury suites". The "Freewinds" is in fact a dinky litlte refurbished car cart full of asbestos. It is disgusting that the cult offers "Basic Courses" and "RPF for children" type courses.

That Picasa web page also has 2005 photos of other interior and exterior shots, such as a long hallway, library/bookstore, outside coffee shop, swimming pool, etc.

Having been on many cruises, at far lower costs than the Crutch of Scientology charges for the cruise (not including the OTVIII), and am appalled at the Boy Scout Camp quality of their "staterooms", if that word applies to these childishly-appointed and -sized rooms. The navies of the world-at-large would be critical of these rooms for their officers on naval ships.

One can only wonder at the quality and presentation of the food on the Freewinds! Beans and rice?!?. Think of a single person sharing these rooms with one to three other unrelated persons paying for OTVIII!

These photos make me want to vomit!

They look like crew quarters.

This is a real cabin...
