Attorney Tim Bowles used to be the law firm partner of Ken Moxon and Helena Kobrin (whatever happened to her?).

Bowles openly admits he's for the boss and against the employee.
Tim Bowles is an experienced attorney in employment law for employers and management, international human rights law, health care fraud, business law, civil and constitutional litigation. He specializes in representing private employers in court and in investigations and proceedings brought by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and other employment-related agencies and boards.*

Actually, Tim Bowles was senior partner to Rick Moxon in the Law Firm of Bowles & Moxon in the 80s & 90s. Bowles decided to go into private practice and Laurie Bartilson took his place. The firm's name was changed to Moxon & Bartilson. Laurie later got pregnant, decided to be at stay-at-home mom, and quit the firm. Kobrin took her place and the firm's name changed to Moxon & Kobrin.

Moxon & Kobrin clashed, she divorced her husband Michael (ran Narconon) and DM sent her to Clearwater to oversee the cult's private attorney's work there. She's involved in cult's response to the Kyle Brennan appeal. Moxon's partner in Los Angeles is Ava Paquette, who recently divorced her husband Paul. Little has been seen of her lately, too, but Graham Berry says she's still around working with Moxon.

Tim specializes in landlord-tenant issues, representing landlords & property management firms. (My last job was working for an attorney in the same practice.. it's very lucrative)... https://www.facebook.com/timbowleslaw
