Thanks everyone for your support, but I am sorry to say I am not recovering well thus far. Therapist threw me under the bus, due to an exercise program which, I found out recently was NOT what the doctor had ordered. Thus a significant setback. I'm not quite back to square one, but it feels like it. Still trying to keep the chin up, though. I was making some progress, despite being on the wrong program, so as I see it, there is hope. But a setback is painful. Will take at least a few weeks for pain-levels to come down to where they were.

Thanks again, and sorry I don't have better news!

Love,

Paul

Good luck with your therapy, SRF. It's amazing what strides people can make. Keep you spirits up and keep going.

Thanks guys. The mistreatment has begun to subside some. I am going to beat this thing, no two which ways about it. Just some bad luck.

I have "officially" taken over my own rehab! No one knows my body better than I.

It's just a long bad luck faith in various doctors. I have a handle on this now. Only a matter of time as the body heals. No more aggravating the situation. Now it's little by little, as I see it. Stepping when I can step, walking a bit at a time... as I feel I can take it. No specific protocol.

Will report back soon.

Love,

Paul

For you nature lovers. I suggest you Bookmark this page. There's a short commercial, and the[n]m the Live Stream of the nest with mom and dad taking turns with the babies (about a week old right now). The cams will be up all season long, so there is going to be some incredible viewing!

That is... for those of you who haven't already leaned about this (it's viral).

Love,

Paul

ps- thanks again for the good wishes! More later.

Edit for misspell. Have the laptop in a really hard place to type right now. Never was very good at typing anyway! <smile>

Yes, awesome Caroline! Now I have two bookmarks right nest to each other! But up in the Canadian world it happens a little "later". The Decorah eagles are down here in Iowa. Spring comes quite a bit earlier down here and so the wildlife adapts accordingly. But like you say, about a month. In Alaska, they are probably still mating <smile>. Still, a very cool distraction from the human-cycle of life.

My very best!

Paul

Edit: Oh crap, what's the difference: "nest" to each other or "next" to each other!

This year's Clematis, a testimony to the power of preservation... each year we grow stronger and our roots grow deeper and we blossom with higher and more blooms. We do not decay and fall back. We reach for the sky and the sun and we are rewarded for our time spent nurturing that which is good in ourselves... we shall never wither.
