Hi all, I’m writing this little note to thank you all for helping me out through a difficult time in my life, and that I shall probably not be seen around these parts much more -- but not because I don’t like you any more!

I left the Sea Org, Scientology and the rest of that nightmare less than two years ago. As you all know, it can be pretty hairy, and so it was for me too.

Part of the healing process was being able to say what I wanted to say and not be afraid of it. Without places like this forum it would not had been possible. It made an enormous difference.

But time goes on, and life goes one, and as of today, I feel I have accomplished everything I set out to do in order to return to normal life. I can say with honesty that my life is better now than it has ever been: I’m doing exactly what I have always wanted to do, I am happier than ever.

I’ll be off, but I haven’t disappeared. I’ll just be rummaging in different snow fields. Maybe I’ll see some of you there.

Take care, my friends.

Best regards,

Victor

Dear LBV,

I'm not around herea s often as I used to be, for corporate net-nanny reasons, but I would like to wish you 'bon voyage' from wintry Paris.

Your contributions to this site have certainly helped me understand this crazy scam called Co$

It's nice to think we also might have helped you just by being there, so that now you can move on.

If you're ever in Paris, France, use your account here to PM me or Zorro so that we can treat you to the fine meal (and win... oops, I mean wine) which you richly deserve

All the best

TomL

You could drop by every once in a while to say, Hi.

Have a great life.

You can't leave unless you route out properly! First, there has to be a sec check. Next, we will look for espees. Finally we will start looking for your misunderstood words. YOU PICK UP THOSE CANS!

Just kidding, of course.

Happy trails to you, hopefully we will meet again, in cyberspace if not the real world.

Pete

Farewell, happy trails, all the best, from a complete stranger.

To people like LBV, I always want to say: Please publish your memoirs so that others can see what really happens in this cult.

And then again, I think that if *I* had been thru all that, and I had finally shaken the last chains off me, I might want to head off into the sunset and forget the whole bad dream. Or rather, just avoid doing something that would bring those bat-shit crazy cult zealots back into my life, picking through my stories, calling them lies, having to defend myself, and in doing so, re-living all that crap.

so I'll say: please write a book... or maybe just an article for a magazine.

but if you don't, that's understandable to me.

be well,

- N

Sorry to see you go, I've learned a lot from your stories but it is a part of the healing process to move on so have fun out there! :D
