19646 Kennedy Road Caledon, ON L7K 1Y2 belonged formerly to Charleston Residential School.

Caledon Citizen reported on 2-12-2009 that the Charleston Residential School had closed after 38 years.

The location of Scientology's new Advanced Org under development is ~21 km away in Mono, Ontario.

This one's gone unnoticed for far too long! I've been all over the AOSH Canada (3rd line, Mono Ontario) like white on rice, and all of a sudden I find out about this place.

That Business Reply Envelope is part of a strategy to allow a Sea Org base to "run" local orgs on contacting public. The method goes like this: "Hi, PES, or Dir booksales, or someone in Div 6. Somebody replied about the promotional mailing, and you're job is to call them. And you better not forget, because WE got the reply."

So if the BRE is going there, then they are there. And seeing as the article mentioned before, was written in 2009, it seems to fit the profile of a property that became available for purchase around the time they were looking for property. But I only thought they bought one property, not two.

I want to know more about this place. What is their sneaky plan? Have they decided things are too hot to have their CLO where all the attention is? Will the police storm the Mono Property to find out everything seems OK, while the RPF Prisoners are actually held here?

Here's what I know: In Los Angeles, the upper-middle management base called ILO has all their Bureaux in the Hollywood Guarantee Building, except ABLE. And that is to make it legally not a religious organization, because of their dealings with Narconon, Criminon, Applied Scholastics, Truth about Drugs, TWTH, Youth for human rights. I thought maybe that was their mirror image of the separate ABLE building. But WISE is also there, according to the WISE INT website:

Is it possible that the entire management is actually living here? After all this time, they evaded us. But that also means that children there could not be found by their own parents, who might have thought they were in Mono. This effort to be "fabian" is so outrageous!

The more I learn, the more relieved I am to have escaped all this nonsense before they moved out of downtown Toronto.

Third, what makes you think people are living there?

I don't know whether the school that was their was a good or bad place, but it is not connected with Scientology. If it was a good school, it may be a shame the place has been taken over by the Sea Org.

If the offices of WISE and ABLE have their mailing addresses there, then there's a 50% chance that indeed these Sea Org members are also there.

Of course, the staff members from ABLE Canada and WISE Canada could actually be in Mono, but then the question is WHO is living at this building, and, what function does the place serve?
