CoSI (European Office of Public Affairs & Human Rights) is announcing "2nd European Convention of Public Relations" in Brussels 14 and 15 January 2006. The first one was in September.

From the invitation:

"The PR Convention will be held in our European Office and will start with an actual event. A senior rxrcutive of the European Commission will welcome Scientologists coming from all over Europe, so opening the convention. Do not miss this piece of Scientology history."

They have different packages from 100 to 400 Euros.
