As is being reported in various places round the globe, cult is trying to go down the "harassment" route with the cops here too.
I get the feeling that a memo has been sent to all orgs on this as they think they can get good results. It would be great if we had an insider who could get their hands on any new written policy on this especially if it went way beyond an advisory "know your rights" kind of thing and included techniques on how to entrap protesters.

Personally, I think that most of the time you don't need to follow scientologists for yards and yards down the street in order to have a sucessful a protest (unless they abuse you and/or steal you protest signs like in Plymouth).
