The article is based on the recollections of former members, Mike Rinder, Amy Scobee, Lana Mitchell, etc.

Several of those mentioned in the article have not been in the Hole for some time. Angie Blankenship, for example, now lives in Santa Monica with her new husband, is now a public Scilon, and, apparently, signed a NDA when she routed out of the Sea Org.

The description of the goddamn Hole is very detailed. This is a valuable information for anyone who wants to join Sea Org.

The hole is no danger to someone about to join the SO because it is meant for the super important people Miscavige doesn't want to let go off. Sea Orgers being punished would have to "merely" put up with the RPF.

However, if a young person remains in Sea Org for a billion years, some of those will be spent in "The Hole."

I just finished reading this article and the details of "The Hole" should and hopefully will raise a lot more red flags. I'm glad that media attention seems to have at least improved living conditions somewhat, but it's still not enough. It needs to be eradicated completely. DM needs to be locked up in an asylum for the rest of his life. He is clearly a psychopath and a very dangerous little man.
