It was wedged between an industrial park and I-95 right at the interchange of the Beltway(I-495) and I-95. Not kidding, the front door was probably about 20 feet from a 10 lane highway system separated by a fence, a small hedge and a ditch. Not exactly what I would call ideal learning conditions, exhaust fumes and freeway noise. The building is still there and there is still a sign up on the road which is called Industrial Dr., but the building looked vacant. I drove up and peeked in a window and the rooms were indeed empty. There is a large sign that says "Chesapeake Academy" on the building which I'm assuming can be seen from the interstate. Behind the building, there were stacks and stack of wooden pallets next to several tractor truck trailers. I guess COS does a lot of shipping, but this stuff looked old.
So I guess the school is now defunct. Those who have read Reitman's 'Inside Scientology' will remember that the school figures prominently in the book.
