HENSON UPDATE: Keith is in jail in Arizona.
Arel sent a message around earlier this evening, which some will
have seen. I just spoke with her and I have appended a slightly
edited copy of the email.
She is presently scanning the until-now secret documents that the
Arizona authorities withheld from Keith and his attorney. They will
be posted to operatingthetan.com as soon as possible, hopefully tonight.

This is to my "bcc" list. I just got back home and have only made
one phone call since I got here. I made some phone calls while I
was going back to my car to get Keith's meds so I could give them to
him before they took him to jail.
"Blindsided" was his attorney's word for it. We tried to tell his
attorney that all his legal arguments would be to no avail, that
there would be no due process where Keith was concerned, and indeed
there was not.
When Keith climbed into the back of the sheriff deputyis car, about
to be handcuffed, he did a perky little salute to me, but minutes
before, as we embraced he said, "Well, I probably won't see you
again for a year, if ever."
The deputy who took him into custody here gave me his business card
and promised me that he would have the nurse look at Keith while he
was being booked. I had given him a bag of medications. However,
they might not suffice for Keith's current condition. He chose a
moment before the hearing, outside the courtroom, to tell me for the
first time that for the last maniy days, as stress has been
mounting, he has had a lot of heart symptoms. He had asked me for
the doctor's phone number this morning, and I didn't ask why. He
did call and tried to see the doctor today, but the doctor wasn't
in, and because Keith hasn't seen the man who takes over for the
doctor when he's away, he won't even return Keith's call. He told
me last time that he would have nothing to do witih Keith--that the
jail would take care of him.
Like sin!
OK, the officer who took him away is Clay J. Starin C54, Criminal
Investigations Bureau, Fugitive/Warrants Section, YIavapai Countyi
Sheriff's Office, (928) 771-3260. The address of the sheriff's
office is 255 E. Gurley Street, Prescott, AZ 86301. The Sheriff's
name--also on the card--is Steve Waugh.
Keith's attorney insisted on a hearing for habeas corpus tomorrow
morning at 9 a.m., but I doubt it will do any good.
Note to Keith's attorney: Is there anything people within reach of
this email can do? I will pass on whatever you think.
The judge's name tomorrow morning in Superior Court sounded like
Linberg. Faxes and emails to the judge who saw him this afternoon
did not appear to have any influence, so I should warn you of that.
He acknowledged them, offered them to Keith's attorney,
mispronounced Arnie Lerma's name, but made no further comments.
The County Attorney has had both Governor's Warrants (California and
Arizona) since May 1. When Keith went to look at the docket this
morning, everything following his attorney's last motion was
withheld from him. When his attorney called, told them he did not
have anything after that date, they refused to fax him the papers.
He thought he could have those representations thrown out because he
had not seen them. The County Attorney, whose name, by the way, is
not what we told you earlier, but in fact Ethan Wolfinger
(spelling?), said that the papers had been mailed to an attorney who
had nothing to do with Keith's case. No other attorney than the
attorney who appeared for him and with him today has ever had more
than a telephone conversation with them or me about Keith's case,
filed papers, or appeared for him. This is a typical $ciclo trick
to pretend that, "Oh, Your Honor, we sent those papers but they went
to the wrong place." We've experienced that since 1996. [Arel
described the pile of previously secret documents to me as "an inch
thick"]
Our attorney did not know until this afternoon--unfortunately--the
depths of evil, lawlessness, and contempt for the law and the courts
to which the Kult routinely sinks.
Please get the word to press. Please publicize this case. Give
them all my contact points, and if you don't have my phone numbers
please let me know. If I lose my job over it there's always social
security, temp jobs, and Wal-Mart.
Thank you all for your support and concern. I really don't know
what to tell you from here except to get to the press, please.
Keith has been denied due process and likely this will continue. He
is in danger of his life. It seems likely that the spate of threats
that started last week on the Internet started because members were
told that the Governor's Warrants had been obtained.
We were the last to know that, apparently, except for you.
