I have got a copy of Impact magazine issue 117, there are group photographs and lists of the members who attained higher patron statuses at the "IAS Patron's Ball", held at St Hill UK in 2007.
There were 129 members (the number of individuals is actually higher, since this figure includes couples and families as well) who attained the status of Patron.
There were 64 members (individuals, couples and families) who moved up to the status of Patron with Honors.
29 members advanced to Patrons Meritorious.
7 of last year's P/Ms went up to the status of Silver Meritorious, and there are another 6 new Silver Meritorious. Totally, 13 S/M awards were delivered.
4 of last year's Silver got Gold, plus there are another 4 new Gold Meritorious. Totally, 8 G/M awards were delivered.
1 of last year's Gold raised to Platinum.
And finally...
Quote:
A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF CONTRIBUTION
The final award of the IAS 23rd Anniversary Patron's Ball was presented by Mr. Miscavige to Bob, Trish and David Duggan. He introduced it as an award that truly warrants the phrase 'a whole new level of contribution'.
Up to now the highest IAS honor status was the Patron Laureate. Four members have already reached that level, so to enable them to continue their crusade at the highest degree of contribution, new statuses have now been unveiled. The first of these new statuses is Platinum Laureate and its first recipients are Bob, Trish and David Duggan.
Two more statuses were also announced, that of Diamond Laureate and Patron Excalibur.

These new awards are the new power block of the IAS and a new cumulative level of contribution that says, "Look what we can do now. Look at the lives we can save, the people we can salvage, and the beings we can free."
PS: I have never been a member of the IAS. That association was founded a few months after I left Scientology. The current issue of the Impact magazine is the first I have ever read. I got it my mailbox last week. I haven't received any Scientology mail in almost ten years.
I guess they have launched a huge promotion and marketing campaign recently. This actual magazine is a 130 pages thick flashy colour publication.
