Just a thought...

People talk about the dollar value of the property itself. We all understand the land value thing at it's core....

What about monies made from these properties while in possession of the Cult? It doesn't look like anyone has factored this in yet.

1) Buy land
2) Re-purpose the land/ buildings (like a terraformer)
3) Produce "product" on said land/sell services/make a sweatshop
4) ???
5) PROFIT!!

A loss is not necessarily in the offing based soley on land purchase.

After all, even a meth lab makes a killing before it goes up in flames.

It would be interesting to find out exactly what these properties are producing for $cientology.

No gloss on this latest email

Just some 'sudy tech' at work.
What is a "lunchon"?

Quote:
Ideal Org Lunchon‏

Hi – Are you coming?

The next Ideal Org luncheon is at the OM Thai Restaurant at the Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont on this Sunday 9th December at 12 noon.

I really need to know who will be coming so we can confirm the numbers, as I really want to see you there!
This is for all Scientologists who haven't been briefed yet, and even for those who have.

The restaurant is great, the company will be great and the food is great.

Please reply with your confirmation or call Sydney Org on 02 9267 6772 or call Kim FitzGerald on 0411 723 694

Much Love,

So its $30 a head to go into the Grade V for this wonderous briefing?

I bet there's no cake either.

Image

As hard as they try to convince the miniscule amount of Sydney parishoners all is good, CSA Inc cant undo the damage done by printing lies about something that was never in the planning at the outset.

The vast majority now know something is amiss with the supposed new building purchase, because the same people know thier donations didnt go where they were told RE the Continental Org/Ideal Org at Town Hall.

I actually mentioned in a thread recently about scientology so well recieved now in Sydney, some knucklehead had cracked a glass panel in the front of the Grade V before the New Year.
Vandalism isnt cool!

This isnt the best image (wont go into why), but if you look at the glass panels above the letters sci, the middle panel (second from bottom to top)
has been smashed. After a few days just after New years, they decided to fix the broken window with sticky tape. LOL!!

I now have this cool image program called IrFanview, but I dunno how to use it yet, so I cant put an arrow or highlight what Im on about.

Seems like there is a window problem allround. The Dianetics book bus has had a window problem and the word "Dianetics" is messed up.

30 bucks to get all coordinated with the plans for DM's most embracive strategy, and to find out what happened with the building.

Tell everyone:

"Thank you."

I would normally post this in the Org Patrol or Picket Forums (because clams will be out in the open).
BUT! As it pertains to the withdrawn expansion of the Grade V and the newly found Ideal Org that gets found, then lost, then found, then lost again and needs to be found......
Let us all ponder the email and the current climate RE Tom Cruise.

No commentary needed for the moment.
It will be interesting to see the numbers that actually attend.

I made a post on the previous page, which included the email from CSA having found the Ideal Org at the start of Novemeber last year:

Quote:
Great News for Sydney Org!

You may have heard on the grapevine that something BIG is happening with the Sydney Ideal Org-You heard right.

We found it!
Yes the building!

It's MASSIVE.

It has parking for 200 cars!

And we want it to be our new home.

Come and get the full briefing on it and get all your questions answered. Be there to be part of the BIGGEST and the most exciting Ideal Org event Ever.

Join the Sizzling Korean BBQ buffet (all you can eat) located next door to our Ideal Org!

Date: Sunday 18th November
Time: 12:00 noon
Place: Seoul Korean B.B.Q Restaurant
37-39 Punchbowl Rd. Belfield
Cost: $50.00

For booking contact:
Kim Fitzgerald 0411 723 694
Or Sydney Org: 9267 6772

/moment

So many lies being told about the Ideal Org, are really *really* going to come back and bite the arse of both CSA Inc and RTC.

Go back to page 1 of this thread and see how the cult of scientology find a new Ideal Org (after dropping its fraud about the Grade V), then find another after saying they found one twice, and now say they want y'all to get on the mission impossible rally.

The only "mission impossible" is, that the cult will continue to get away "obtain financial gain/advantage by deception".

P.S For OSA

I keep all my emails and always have. Ya dont think media are interested in other 'things' besides Cruise?

Send in the OT's!

I smell even more desperation than ever for numbers.

Quote:
Hello Everyone,

We're making an Ideal Org in Sydney... We're doing it , it's happening no matter what! So, we need the building and your contributions are vital but we also need staff urgently. Sydney Org needs YOUR help to join the Winning team and help to Clear our zone. There's a lot of focus on Scientology in Australian media and we all need to step up to the occasion and put our shoulders together to get the job done.

If you think you qualify for a position at Sydney Org- the Continental Organisation-

give Stephanie Holbrook (HAS Day) or Jennifer Anoki-Chan (HAS Fdn) a call on

(02) 9267 6772.

Much Love Tim Graham

They use the hook of the Ideal Org to get people in for staff recruitment, idiots.

Its nice to see they admit the media here are on their arse. Even though they wont say why.

Desperation? You're not kidding mate. It sounds like the next bulletin will go something like, "Please, please, they are going to kill me and eat our babies if you don't donate!"

I honestly do not know what type of event the "Mission Impossible Car Rally" invitation is designed to "tease" about.

Is this an invitation to an "Easter Egg Hunt" where the winner is the first one to dash around town and find the "sekrit" location of the already purchased new Org building?

Or, are members being asked to pay to take a map and use their own cars to drive hither and yon trying to find a cheap fixer-upper property for the Oz CoS to buy?

Sorry to be so Woggishly literal. But what is the status of the new Sydney Org building? All this vague hype/promo nonsense this Org is putting out gives no real information.

Okay. With a car, a digital camera, map, water, snacks, family, friends and a personal firing kit the missionaires are on a mission impossible to win a future for mankind.

But then again, if you want more, at the end of the day, they'll throw some shrimp on the barbie for 50 bucks.

And you can bet they'll buy those putrid imported prawns as well.

So they are again claiming to have found the building, and seek approval?

Maybe the 'Nony's will go and have a schooner across the road this Friday.

Business as usual tomorrow.

Details about the LRH Birthday event forthcoming

To All Scientologists of Sydney

If you haven't heard, we have found a building! Of course, it has to be approved...

In the meantime, we have to get the funds raised and the field briefed, and that comes from getting as many of you to the Ideal Org night on this Friday night.

I'm sure that you have already heard about it, if not, sorry for the late notice, but we really need you there.

Here are the details:

Capitan Torres (Spanish Restaurant) 73 Liverpool Street, Sydney (opposite the Three Monkeys Pub)

Cost: $60.00 per person

We have great food (Spanish, of course), a special Serenade(r), Flamenco dancer and the Three Amigos (well 2 and a stand in who is just as good!!)

Please call me and let me know you can come. I need your help, and round up whoever you can.

See you there!!!

Much Love,

Diane

"Free door prize of coffee and a cruise"?

Why do I feel like the coffee would be some instant powder crap that costs maybe two cents?

Oh and is the "entertainment" Christine Anu again? I rewatched Matrix Reloaded the other day and really strained to spot her in the film. Kinda like her "role" in Moulin Rouge!

Well, a miniraid may well be in the pipeline. Who knows, maybe a major raid will happen.
I guess CSA and OSA wont know until Nony's show up or they dont, regardless of what cultists read from now in 'round the SP traps on the Interbuttz
