People talk about the dollar value of the property itself. We all understand the land value thing at it's core....

What about monies made from these properties while in possession of the Cult? It doesn't look like anyone has factored this in yet.

1) Buy land
2) Re-purpose the land/ buildings (like a terraformer)
3) Produce "product" on said land/sell services/make a sweatshop
4) ???
5) PROFIT!!

A loss is not necessarily in the offing based soley on land purchase.

After all, even a meth lab makes a killing before it goes up in flames.

It would be interesting to find out exactly what these properties are producing for $cientology.

I actually mentioned in a thread recently about scientology so well recieved now in Sydney, some knucklehead had cracked a glass panel in the front of the Grade V before the New Year.

This isnt the best image (wont go into why), but if you look at the glass panels above the letters sci, the middle panel (second from bottom to top)
has been smashed. After a few days just after New years, they decided to fix the broken window with sticky tape. LOL!!

I now have this cool image program called IrFanview, but I dunno how to use it yet, so I cant put an arrow or highlight what Im on about.




Seems like there is a window problem allround. The Dianetics book bus has had a window problem and the word "Dianetics" is messed up.
