He won't see it this way but that one action John Allender has betrayed the trust of everyone involved in scientology. If he did it on orders from Davey, which is highly likely, then Davey has betrayed the trust of everyone in scientology.

They - Davey and the people under his thrall - will justify revealing confidential information from "preclear" (PC) folders by saying or thinking that the people to whom this is done are suppressive persons who have not rights per scientology doctrine.

That may be the case in their mind but what they have done in doing this is breached the promised confidentiality of "auditing sessions" and of the resulting preclear folders. They have broken the "auditor's code." "Auditing sessions" are no longer sacrosanct.

Of course, we have known this to be the way it is for some time but now people working for scientology have done this blatantly and publicly.

This one thing all on its own if made widely known could destroy the so called church.

The only thing the so called church really has to sell people is the "bridge" as represented by the "grade chart." That fragile item depends totally on the confidentiality of "auditing sessions" for its existence. If people cannot trust that what they say in "session" may not be held in confidence they will not go into "session." If that happens the "bridge" becomes a complete white elephant.

Of course, we have known this to be true for some time but now it will begin to become more obvious to those who are involved in scientology.

He didn't have her PC folder but made comments that came from her PC folders. He said her entire name, then made some comments to upset her. Didn't work at all. She actually expressed some sympathy to John about helping him if he ever gets out.

John is the one who ended up very upset, almost to the point of tears.

John does not know Rose personally. They were never friends. He received this information from Los Gatos Org.

This is the second instance of confidential information from "preclear" folders being publicly disclosed.

If you don't think this is serious go ask anyone in the Roman Catholic church how they would respond to a priest telling the name of a person who had confessed in the confessional and what they had told him. Then ask them how they would feel if the order to do that came from the Pope.

If this is a handling for the pickets, protests and criticism it comes from David, chairman of the board, Miscavige.

This isn't scientology shooting itself in the foot. This is scientology shooting itself in the head.

Please, make sure to tell every "scientologist" you know that this has happened in two separate locations. Please, report any other instances of this happening.

Just got off the phone with Daisy. She said, you made him look at

Mike and I went over to say hi, and I said to John... when $cientology falls apart, cause it is John. There aren't millions of $cilons, and he scoffed, then I said look across the street, your parking lot is empty it is going to fall apart and you are going to need our help, and we will help you John, because you are going to need it.
Thats when he went for my PC history. Mike finished him with another truth that sealed his fate. Mike Rinder and Marty Rathbun and Debbie Cook have blown, and that
went deep. They can't look at the truth and like Daisy said, we made him look and he didn't like it.

This is just so obnoxious.
It also reaks of desperation.
It isn't the first time and it definitely won't be the last time they do this. The cult sent the contents of PC folders to the St. Petersburg Times to discredit the four people who spoke out. It even included things like extramarital affairs. How do they justify that? What is wrong with their heads? Why on earth would they think, "Wait till the public finds out this person had an affair. That will completely ruin that person's credibility."

How can they be so stupid as to not realize it ruins THEIR OWN credibility?

It’s awesome that you offered to help this guy. Thank you for that. It could have been my friend or someone’s brother or son. It's true that what he did was wrong. But I really worry about some of them when they find out that $cn is just a big scam and they’ve been part of it and their whole world is just BS. Maybe getting him to look at the truth about Rinder, Rathbun and Cook will make a crack in his Truman Show. The pickets are worth it.

Thought I'd share a little history I have with John Allender. I got into the cult in Dec 1977 at Stevens Creek Mission. Linda Martin (Johns' future and present wife) ruined me on the OCA eval. John then took over and regged me for the Comm Course. Later on I joined staff there and was posted as an Academy Supe. For a time John was my senior as the D of T. A few years later I had just finished moving into a house they were living in Sunnyvale when the Mission was busted by the Int Finance Police as part of the crackdown on Kingsley Wimbush and the other MH's. I was immediately sent to Flag with about 6 other staff members for KSW and retraining. It was about 5 months until I got back to the Bay Area to reclaim my stuff and move out.

John was declared at this time along with Kingsley, Clay Primrose, Don Fell, and perhaps a few others. Either it was rescinded or he did his A-E as he was back on lines in a little while later and was running a Field Office in San Jose in a few locations. I saw him occasionally for a while but not really in the last 20 years. I believe his daughter is in the SO at PAC, or may have joined and left, not really sure. I did see she was on AOLA's project prepare list at one point.

I always found John to be a determined but decent guy. I find it sad to see he is pulling this fair game bullshit and digging out PC folder stuff.

Daisy and Scout, you girls rock and love to hear about the protests going on in the Bay Area.

For what's worth and if it helps anyone else there turn on a little light bulb in their analytical mind. You can let them know that Gary Sekigahama and his family are out now and enjoying life away from the cult very much. We joined the SO from Los Gatos as a family back in 2002. There aren't many families that join like this so it was news back then. I know some there know of us leaving but the typical staffer may not and I would hate to have them continue to operate off of false data that we are still happy as clams clearing the planet in the SO. You can pass this on to John next time you see him. Maybe not the same impact as a Rinder or Rathbun leaving but just another thing to add to the doubt formula.

Hey Gary good to hear from you. I will share it with him, and any one else I see. Sis and I actually saw Nancy Mc.... pull up and park. We didn't say a word but just stared at her and I could tell she was very nervous. Never looked our way and went right inside.

John's intentions were to use black dianetics and it failed. It actually was used on him and it worked. If this is there new tactic all I can say to ex's is we all have a past, big deal, believe me so do the $cilions. At least we don't live with the burden of protecting a rapist, see Tommy Gorman's story.

NOBODY had a right to peruse those files because they were confidential--and the church was serious biz when it came to that, right?

As far as OSA ops reading out of anyone's folders, just make sure everyone
is clear (Gack) that they can make up ***anything*** and read it, as if it were in one's folders. I know this as they have pages of flat out lies up on the Net about me, with my OT 8 X-husband being a floor mat for them, agreeing with their lies he KNOWS are totally false.

Just thought I'd make that point, because IF they believe people are falling for this routine, they shall try it more. The best is it TOTALLY violates ALL

I thought that our folder was confidential; however, after reading Dr. Shanon comments that people make fun of others in the HGC by what it is written in the folder, I believe that the folders are to blackmail people, they invent things which shows that the Cult is really desperated, and is doing things that go against them in the Public opinion.
It is great that they are doing that. Let's spread the news...
