Being on disability is like living on Social Security - you have an income which you "earned" by paying into the system. Having an income, however modest, means you aren't an indigent. Use that dictionary!
CoS pulls people "back in" all the time, and makes them lie, and especially pumps them for information with CoS's slimy persuasive techniques. CoS may send them out as double agents doing performance art of bamboozling people and hurting other critics' reputations. This isn't relevant to the present except to explain grudges, and warn people not to trust recent escapees with private info.

It does show that OSA sees Garry / Smurf as a real threat, virtually proving he's no longer a double agent still secretly loyal to OSA.

I have to admit that Tim Higg's latest smear job made me laugh my ass off. For the record, I'm on permanent disability from a work-related accident. If Higgs had done his homework, he'd know I talked about this in previous videos.

Also, it's untrue that the LAPD ever visited me as a result of a Barbara Schwarz' complaint. The department acknowledged her as a dingbat early on when, in addition to filing 12 complaints against me, she went on the LAPD website, retrieved the names of all the LAPD Command Staff, including the Police Commissioner/Scientology attorney Gerald Chaleff, and filed complaints against them all, because the LAPD dismissed her complaints against me. This, coming from a schizo, who informed the LAPD that I was a Still Existing German Nazi Psychiatrists' Mindcontroller Secret Service commander implanting remote-controlled bugs in people's ears to control them.

According to a LAPD source, who'd been in comm with the Salt Lake City Police, her mother, Rosemarie Bretschneider died several years ago, Barbara had a mental situation which led to her being evicted from her apartment, and she is now living in a group home for the mentally ill. Her Internet activities are monitored by staff and she is free to post on a blog, but will lose her Internet privileges if she engages in any activities, outside her personal blog. She quit posting to ARS as well.

Mike Rinder recently posted on Marty's blog is awareness of OSA taking advantage of her mental illness & manipulating her to lash out like a "wind-up Chuckie doll" because "she's a nut."

Wikipedia once had a page on Barbara Schwarz & her activities, which was deleted, reportedly, at the request of Utah Mental Health officials.

There are alot of crazy, dangerous people in the world in independent living situations that chose not to take their medication, and unless they've been proven to be a physical danger to themselves or someone else, there's no laws to force them to self-medicate.
