We're trying to find out the name of this guy. Don't think he's staff. Police got name from a staffer who will probably soon be in trouble -- but they won't give it to Tommy.

Would be handy to know name for future trolling...

(tried to get screen capture but still was unsuccessful posting it)

Attacking Tommy Gorman = extremely brave or very nuts. I think the latter is more likely.

Oh, everyone is fine! It was just tommy and jennifer there -- and I believe jennifer was with the kids in the car (that's how they do it these days -- she pulls up right in front of the org!!) --

Sorry, I see this a bit differently. Here's my 2 cents,
for whatever it's worth:

1) I do not think it's a good idea For Tommy to picket with his wife alone.
I've told him this, more than once.

2) I'm very big on Jeff Jacobson's "Ghandi-Tech" for picketing.
I can't say I do it ALL the time, But I always
TRY to keep it in mind. I think it's a way safer and better way to picket.
(I know...we all have our ways. I happen to love Tommy and I worry about him
A LOT when I hear him like this, esp. basically alone).

3) That guy looks nuts: Scary to me.

4) Please always picket with at least one other person (who is physically right there and can
help if needed). I've said it for awhile now: The more we expose Scientology, the more
backed into a corner they are going to feel. Just like a wild animal---be prepared for
lashing out, nutty behavior.

Face distorted with rage, fist clenched... Is this goon on steroids? He could have hit Tommy so Tommy fell and and got a permanent head injury. You can be killed by strangling in moments. Stay out of fist range and have a camera rolling, picketers ! You're too valuable to risk injury or death.

First off I hate what happened to Tommy but I fully agree with what Tory says here.

I have always advocated "the buddy system" for picketers. That goes a little further than, "don't picket alone." It means you pair off with another person and stay with them while you picket. Most of the instances where someone has got into trouble when picketing happened when someone was alone or went off somewhere without someone else to cover their back. (AO getting dog piled at Gold Base is a case in point.)

The reporting officer (who responded to Tommy's call) can't. He can request it from the detective the case has been assigned to. Otherwise, Tommy would have to get an attorney acquire it for him.
