Boo hoo I am disposable. Imgagine how she will feel if she ever runs out of money and the cult abandons her.

Sorry, but I found that interview a bit of a bore. Yeah, I know she's the daughter of Elvis and the ex-wife of Michael, but I don't find her interesting enough in her own right to warrant the attention she receives. I see her as an insignificant celebrity similar to how I view Paris Hilton.

I feel bad for the girl: lost her father, several marriages, only being known because of her father. I can't say I like her all that much, but I know I would gain immense respect for her if she'd leave that fruity little club.

I believe Lisa Marie in a lot of ways is a lost little girl who was abused by fame (meaning the father on drugs and dying, then herself becoming famous for her father). In a lot of ways, her struggle mirrors what rank and file Scientologists go through. If she could see that, she could turn herself around to help people who have been abused by the cult. That would give her much more life satisfaction and true happiness -- things Scientology give to nobody.

Michael Jackson & Elvis each had similarities in their lifestyles that were the norm for Lisa Marie from the beginning of her life until she was 9 years old when her father passed away.
It isn’t any wonder to me why she would feel a strong kinship with Michael Jackson.

I think it is puzzling that Lisa Marie would have entertained the notion that she was going to “save” Michael Jackson somehow—unless she thought she could get him into Scientology.
Everyone knows that Scientology is the only way ANYBODY gets saved on planet earth, right?

Could it be that both Michael Jackson & Elvis held the same opinion of Scientology?

Aside from that, I noticed that Lisa Marie looks up at the ceiling a lot when she is talking—what’s up with that?

One other thing, in part 3 of the interview (at around 6:33 mins. into it) did it seem as though when Lisa was asked about what it was like to stand in the room with Michael’s casket & she said:
“mmmmmmm—that was like another 6 months of more to recover from.”
that it was more like:
“mmmmmmm—that was like another 6 months of more~~EDIT~~to recover from.”

??????

Is it just me? Or does that look obviously edited? I almost expected her to say that was another 6 months of more auditing to recover—which is why I noticed the strangely worded response in the first place.
The “church” of Scientology is glaringly omitted by Lisa while discussing her journey through handling the whole MJ ordeal—I am sure that was no accident.
Isn't that an "overt"???

^my highlight in your quote

I also mention that in a post in the media thread on this topic
viewtopic.php?p=382840#p382840
Where you'll also find links to the thread on Ian Halperin's unnofficial MJ biography which talks about the alleged Lisa Marie scientology OP on Jacko.

I couldn't imagine Jacko's reasons for not going the scientology way being the same as Elvis' reasons. Wasting money on the stupidest shit of the moment was one of Jacko's hobbies. Maybe he was just too wierd even for the scientologists ;).

She may be out.

On ESMB a new poster posted the lyrics to her new song:
http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthread.p ... out/page20

Quote:
Lay down the law, don’t make a sound
Just critical, just going down
I don’t belong, I’ve lost the plot
Not gullible
Can’t be what I’m not

You can think that I’m evil and I’m off the rails
You ain’t seen nothin’ yet
If I don’t get with your system then I'm sure to fail
Well you ain't seen nothin' yet

Lay down the truth, don’t make a sound
Just a piece of fruit who’s hit the ground
I don’t respond
I’ve lost the plot
Unethical
Not what I thought

You can think that I’m evil and I’m off the rails
You ain’t seen nothin yet
I’m a bit transgressive and suppressive as well
Well you ain't seen nothing yet

Am I a disruption to your corruption?
You ain’t seen nothing yet

You can think that I’m evil and I'm off the rails
You ain’t seen nothing yet
If I don’t get with your system then I’m sure to fail

No longer elated
now you’re frustrated
You ain’t seen nothing yet

You can think that I’m evil and I’m off the rails
You ain’t seen nothing yet
If I don’t get with your system then I’m sure to fail
Well you ain’t seen nothing yet

You can think that I’m evil and I’m off the rails
I’m a bit transgressive and suppressive as well
You ain’t seen nothing yet

Even though it was said that Lisa Marie and Kelly Preston were allegedly recruiting Demi Moore, this song makes it look pretty obvious that she's done with Scientology.

Also, this blind item came out a while ago, and it seemed like it was talking about List Marie:

Quote:
This once upon a time almost B+ list female singer is now more famous for being famous. Hey, at least it keeps her wealthy. She is also known for being a devout member of this church. She recently left it though after she suffered a nervous breakdown and went on an alcohol binge that would make Arthur proud. She went to rehab and while in rehab began seeing a psychiatrist. Uh oh. She also left her church which is never a good thing. However, if you are wealthier it is easier to avoid them. They knock at her door everyday and dig through her trash, but she just hires more and more security to keep them all away and stays locked inside her house. It is a stand off. Oh, the tales she will be able to tell. But what about her kids? Her other relatives who are also in the church?

I've had my radar out for years, and she hasn't attended events or praised Scientology for a long, long time. Her present husband (and father of her twins) Michael Lockwood took two courses in 2004 and 2005. Lisa Marie took seven courses between 1980 and 1997. The two haven't a record of donating to IAS, which is supposed to be a requirement to be a CoS member.
Even Dan Keough, the father of Lisa Marie's two older children, took his last course in 2005. Of those two older children, Danielle Riley Keough took five courses 1999-2004, and Ben Keough took one course in 1994. None of the Keough's have a record of donating to IAS, either. So it looks like 2005 might have been the last of the courses, and then Lisa Marie married Michael Lockwood in 2006.
You can't tell everything from courses. Lisa Marie's mother Priscilla Presley hasn't taken courses (as listed on Krist Wachter's site) in years, but she shows up frequently at CoS events.

It was a good sign when Lisa Marie sold the house in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, which was close to Saint Hill, and moved back to the US, in March 2011. http://www.contactmusic.com/news/lisa-m ... uk_1204686
Let's hope the whole family can support each other and get out.

The page is no longer available, so I could not read her inteview.

She is out of Scientology for more than a decade now, if the media articles about her are correct. But she is still listed as a Scientology student.

It's scary for any celeb who has told CoS many secrets, to openly quit. That creates disconnection and possible blabbing of secrets. I think many have quietly quit, and don't have to suffer disconnection and embarassment, but nobody can tell for sure.

Don Carlo, how up-to-date are the course listings on Kristi Wachter's site? I thought they were several years behind--so people may have taken courses that appear in the magazines, but haven't been entered yet--I think.

It will be interesting to see this song, You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet, in context with the other songs accompanying it on Presley's album, Storm and Grace, coming out on May 15.

Here's the track list:

1. Over Me
2. You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet
3. Weary
4. Close To The Edge
5. So Long
6. Un-Break
7. Soften the Blows
8. Storm of Nails
9. How Do You Fly This Plane?
10. Sticks And Stones
11. Storm and Grace

Here's an article on the album:

I'm not quite ready to go, "Woot!" just yet, but I'll be looking more closely at this when her album comes out.
