What you quoted is not the upcoming show. That is last week's show. Less than half of his shows are about matters scientology.

The upcoming show is exactly as advertized in the OP. I have heard the show and can tell you that I think you are going to really want to hear this one. I have promised not to tell.

This is a relatively new way of making money -- a company employee becomes a member of several forums and promotes the company products.

Actually, I received couple of offers to do this kind of job. Several companies obtained my email address and were asking me if I want to make extra money by joining forums and telling the members how great the company products are. I turned these shitty offers down.

This is exactly what Born2Shop does -- it promotes company products at this website. I am sure it does same kind of job at other websites as well.

I am only responding to your last two postings as you are derailing an important thread. Otherwise I would chose not to get involved in such hostility on here.

Believe what you want. I have been speaking out about organized scientology for many years, have testified more than once, done a lot of radio, video, been interviewed by many different governments about scientology and more without ever asking for money.

I am promoting this show as I know who the guest is and have heard it and want to help get this information out to the public.

For the rest of you, Tom Smith has done "The Edge" for years. Although most of his shows are not about scientology, he has aired many shows exposing the fraud and abuse in organized scientology for years and with many important guests. Tom has never been paid a dime for his shows and there is no advertizing.

He puts out these shows at his own cost as he wants to help others.

Demented LRH I suggest you tune in tomorrow, listen and maybe learn a bit more than even you know.

I've listened to quite a few interviews with Scientology Exes on Tom's show - he's been interviewing exes for years, like Larry Breenan, Jeff Hawkins, etc... Neither the show or the OP is a scam or a ploy.

I would like to know who's he's interviewing. I hate trying to hype a show with a "mystery guest" /"high level defector" I'm more likely to tune in with some actual info on the guest. Without knowing I'll probably just wait to read some posts about it and then decide whether to listen or not.

I tend to agree with you Mirna. If I did not already hear the show and noone would say who it was in advance, I'd probably just wait for the podcast.

Tom has his reasons why he needs to keep this quiet until it airs. I will be away this afternoon but will comment on the show and why not to announce the guest ahead of time when I am back later today.

And now you know why I supported this show so much after I found out that Tom was interviewing Bill Franks. And after I heard the final cut for this show I knew that this information just had to get out.

I have a number of times announced Tom's shows as coming out the following Friday. A couple of the last ones I announced with some big names like David Love ended up being DDOSed the first night.

In speaking with Tom about this, Tom asked and I agreed to not name who was going to be on in the hopes this show would not also get DDOSed. Tom put in a teaser and we both suspected that OSA would be going crazy trying to find out who would be on the show. We suspected they would guess incorrectly. They might even think we were just playing with them and not try to stop the show as I really think they would if they knew it was Bill Franks.

While personally I hate, hate, hate having to post like "oh I know something and you don't and it's amazing nah nah nah", I really, really wanted people to have access to this information. So I pushed the show to people on four forums suggesting that they watch it and just trust me that it will be good (at least for most of us).

And, most importantly, I hoped it might help some people to heal.

I personal can verify some of the things Bill talked about. I was his escort in that huge attorney meeting he spoke about in 1981.

When he talked about taking over the GO and running it earlier in 1981 I was also there as well. I sat in the Office of the Controller in LA then working on the corporate sortout eval and watched Bill and the people under him put the new controller staff through hell. He fully controlled them. I saw old controller staff like Jimmy and Anne Mulligan on the decks and Franks running the newly appointed ones like Byrnes over Legal, Debbie whats her name over PR, Gorden Cook as the new Controller, etc.

Anyway, I'm really glad Tom Smith and Bill Franks did this.

As more people try to spread the "L Ron Hubbard is wonderful" line, and I guess at least one new book will be pushing that line soon, I wanted to help get out some of this information about Hubbard as it just needs to be known. Things like how he backstabbed others, how he set up his wife to go to jail to protect himself, how he was in fact behind the GO dirty tricks including what was done to Paulette Copper, etc.

I estimate that I have had over 250 orders from Hubbard and have posted about him before. What Bill has said about Hubbard in this show is completely consistant with the Hubbard I knew through his orders to me.

The more truth out, the better.

Wow! This is jaw-dropping. I didn't finish all of it so will go back to it. But this is the first I remember of murder allegations - and a parliament member yet as the alleged victim. And then the admission from LRH insofar as setting up his own wife so he wouldn't have to take the rap for Operation Snow White. I will always believe that he was the one who orchestrated it, let his wife do the dirty work and then threw her under the bus. What a peach. How much longer can this cult prevail?
