LRH understanding of nuclear physics was very basic. The whole understanding of the field at that time would be surpassed by most high school text books now. LRH level at best was not as good as Stan Lee's understanding and look what he gave us.

Right, Stan Lee was a genius. His creations will far outlive Hubbard's Psychlos and ratbastards.

Haha you missed it Don.
Think about the Xemnu and the Magic Planet thread.
Then look at your post above mine on the 5th.

Hee hee. We had a lot of fun on that thread that you started. Stan Lee's name didn't appear on that thread; Sean McQuaid, Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers are the names linked with Xemnu as creators.
Xemnu of the Magic Planet

Stan Lee created wildly popular stories but had some sense. He never imagined himself a reincarnation of Buddha like Ron did.

Yea Stan Lee still is doing a great job. It will be a shame if he ever desides to retie.
What I was refering to in that the above posts was LRH comment about Gamma Radiation here and his interested in the predicesor to the Hulk in the other thread. I think LRH was more of a Marvel comics fan then we first though.
If his kid is still alive that would be an interesting question for him. Did dad read alot of comics?

Splitting Time from Space replaces Einstein theory?
Einstein
Quote:
argued that time is another dimension, woven together with space to form a malleable fabric that is distorted by matter....
“I’m going back to Newton’s idea that time and space are not equivalent,” Hořava says. At low energies, general relativity emerges from this underlying framework, and the fabric of spacetime restitches

Splitting Time from Space—New Quantum Theory Topples Einstein's Spacetime by By Zeeya Merali

My comment: See first post of this thread, where I speculate Hubbard heard the phrase "Matter Energy Space and Time" at the start of his George Washington University freshman physics class, and turned this phrase into MEST, his pseudo-science theory of ordinary reality which Scientology somehow transcends. Sea Org uses the phrase MEST as in MEST work, mopping floors and scraping paint, and Einstein would have been horrified to see his theories linking time and space used to exploit people. Now nobody in science uses the simplistic MEST phrase, and the S and T part are becoming more and more separated.

Perhaps Petr Hořava* will replace Einstein as most famous physicist, and Hubbard's ramblings about Einstein will just make Scientology look more outdated.

*The ř is pronounced like an r followed by the zh sound in pleasure. Composer Dvořák is pronounced dvorzhahk, and Hořava is pronounced horzhava.

"Phase space" may replace "space time" as new physics model.
Quote:
So what is phase space? It is a curious eight-dimensional world that merges our familiar four dimensions of space and time and a four-dimensional world called momentum space.
Momentum space isn't as alien as it first sounds. When you look at the world around you, says Smolin, you don't ever observe space or time - instead you see energy and momentum.

Beyond space-time: Welcome to phase space, article in New Scientist, 8 August 2011 by Amanda Gefter at http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg2 ... ?full=true

If so, Hubbard's sloppy M.E.S.T. dogma slips deeper into the dustbin of science.

Hubbard’s so-called “MEST universe” is a gross oversimplification of a real universe. Not that his definition of a universe is entirely incorrect, but it is entirely useless due to its simplicity. Being an idiot, Hubbard could not provide more accurate model of the universe, so he settled for something that suited his level of intellectual development.

To give eLwRONg's research any scientific consideration is taking it way too far. His idea of MEST could best be described as a good conversation between Harold and Kumar while they head to Whitecastle.

Take Time out; it is separate from the three dimensions (Space), say some physicists. Karin Pouw, please explain Time to us, since you know how to know.
