hey sally,

I don't think Pam was talking about you, i think she was grousing about a post i made in reference to my opinion of the casting error(s) in the movie "Interview With the Vampire" about Tom Cruise as Lestat, and the foul-up over the actor they cast to play Armand, who in case you don't read Rice, was supposed to be a teen age boy when he was "made". So if apologies are in order, hey, forgive me, now get over it Pam, lighten up girl.

Galileo,

OOPS-BIG OOPS, Looks like I have stepped on some toes and ruffled some feathers, didn't mean to upset the pecking order in the flock. So tell me where I can (should) post the response to your Oct 24th post???? I have some Rutger Hauer issues, (haha)

Cold, hungry and thirsty, Nicole realized she needed to stay put and wait for rescue. Tom searched desperately for his missing wife. He raced up the mountain but he failed to find her. Nicole was missing for more than eight hours before her cries were heard by two skydivers who led the exhausted actress to safety. A sobbing Nicole was reunited with her husband. - quoted from above
One would think that Tom's OT abilities would have been able to facilitate a more expeditious rescue of his snatch from the jaws of death? No?

Re: "Interview With The Vampire:" I think Val
Kilmer would have been a pretty good choice. Who
was the guy who played the leader of the bad guys
in "The Crow"? He would have been good! For the
part of Armand, Antonio Banderas would have
worked. I agree with the comments about "Hannibal."
Although the alternate ending wasn't
bad, I still liked the book MUCH better.

I just thought with all the powers over MEST that TC now has. He must do all of his own stunts. I there would be no point in having a stunt man do a stunt that he could possibly be injured in, when no harm could happen to TC.

Speaking of stunts, that rock climbing stunt in MI-2 is awesome. It reminds me of the one in that Star Trek movie where Shatner is rock climbing and falls.

Pam,

This thread originally started out on the topic of a Tom Cruise gay lawsuit. It metamorphised into being about Cruises films, and then Kubriks films, then pc folder confidentiality and now it's onto mountain climbing.
Don't worry about it. Threads often twist and turn unexpectedly.

Just for the record a new thread has started about pc folder confidentiality on "Oppinions and Debate" section.

i'm ok-really and to show that i am - tc was'nt ot when that nicole/mountain thing happened. now he is and of course that would'nt have been a difference in that sit.
Now he attests to his ot levels in the org on graduation nite. he's really part of the cult propaganda now.
Personally i think he was good in a few good men and rainman. don't know if he'll ever equal those performances if he's as brainwashed as he appears to be. a good friend of mine in scn.-when i was just sort of stopped acting [and she was good and had a career] becaz there were just too many s.p.'s in hollywood . sad.

I've probably been too hard on TC - slagging him off at every opportunity.
I think he won an Oscar nomination for a Few Good Men.
I'm sorry you had to stop acting, Pam.

He was okay in "The Firm." That's probably about the only TC film I've ever thought was worth the film it was produced on. In "A Few Good Men," I blame the script-writer for that one. Both sides were dead wrong. The marine was wrong for pushing someone until they died, and should have allowed his troop to go on sick call. The left-wing lawyers were wrong for doing their best to ruin the marine. The judge was wrong for bouncing him out of the Marines when a lesser disciplinary action would have sufficed. Interestingly enough, someone being pushed until they died is a nice mirror for the RPF and the draconian commander is a good mirror of LRH and MisSCABbage. The whole film has some nifty parallels to Co$. Too bad such similarities are wasted on TC. Oh well... Denser people have done dumber things, I suppose.

Maybe Tom Cruise is devoting so much time to CoS because

(1) With no wife demanding attention and arguing about CoS, he can go more easily. He doesn't live with Penelope Cruz, so she can't stop him.

(2) Now that Nicole has the kids part of the time, he has free time to waste on courses.

(3) Now that he's screwed up his family life he might as well try to buy the whole CoS mystery sandwich. I wish he'd zoom through all the levels, to find out how empty they are.

(4) If indeed CoS is blackmailing him to stay loyal (or they'll reveal his "confessions" ) that's so pathetic. He's supposedly such a macho guy, and here he is a puppet on Miscavige's strings.

Considering the Xenu space opera, I was just reflecting on how ironic it is that Nicole got lost and injured on a volcano. There is a certain irony to the story that makes me chuckle...

Think whatcha like lil boyz, check The Real Satanism thread this section. Really want input from whoa! mans on think in the above posts after what I did to moses?

Think not.

Think Tom may have just finally outgrown caring what folks might think.

Robert Blake, who contributed $$$ to independent field, too.

Why feed a lawyer when you have stories and talent that can feed the world, I always say.

Lucretia, have you ever had an education? I have honestly tried to keep an open mind and an open heart, and I've tried to follow your line of thinking or what you are alluding to with your messages. If the purpose of language is to communicate, you fail miserably. You call yourself, "MacEvil," and if there is such a thing as evil, confusion is its doorway. Congratulations. Now go crawl back under your rock.

Evil? Lucretia Paquin? No.
Evil does not equal stupid.

Evil is the act of destruction of many to the enhancement of one.

The Co$ is Evil, Hitler was Evil, Lucretia Paquin is just pathetic.
