Scn News. -------------------------- International Scientology News Issue 29 Dec 2004 DRIVING HOME THE MESSAGE "THIS IS SCIENTOLOGY" IN THE HEART OF LONDON Situated on Queen Victoria Street, the new London Org is a short walk from major city landmarks. The historic property, standing six stories tall, is ideal for bringing to life every aspect of the new Golden Age of Organization. Just in case our organizations in New York and Madrid, as well as others you've heard of in the past year, haven't yet convinced you this is it, that we are doing it now, then let's put an exclamation point on it," said Mr. Miscavige. "There remains another city that is an epicenter of western culture. It is also a city where LRH lived, worked and left major developmental milestones on his track of technical research. It was where he developed Training Routines and the first Communications Course, where he drafted the very first HCOB and the first prototype organizing board." And while this city has also been home to one of the very first Central Organizations on the planet, its presence since the days LRH was there would best be described as "small scale." But that is about to change in a big way, and history is about to be made in one of the most important and vibrant cities on Earth. "We are about to drive home the message 'This is Scientology'--like you have never seen," said Mr. Miscavige, "with the new Church of Scientology of London." He then presented the newly acquired premises for the Church of Scientology of London, situated on Queen Victoria Street, just a short walk from the world-famous Tate Gallery, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge. Standing six stories tall, the building is the historic D'Arcy House, and was recently renovated and restored from top to bottom. With the exception of construction of auditing rooms, "the building is extremely well suited to all our needs, with large spaces ideal for bringing to life every aspect of the new Golden Age of Organization," Mr. Miscavige said. "So that's where we are headed, and there's your final statement on owning up to the demand, with our new Church for the very heart of London, England."
