That makes sense, Wick Allcock was running the RPF at the time that did the renovations. Dangerous job which included a lot of asbestos removals! They spent a couple of months cleaning up that place. They didn't use a professional company or team, but of course use the RPF and didn't care about the healthrisks!

Wick was the Int PPO for a long time, which is a post located in HGB in Hollywood (Personal Procurement Officer for Int) and took over from Pam Hubbert who got RPFed and is still there in PAC. Obviously he didn't get recruits to Int and got busted from that post and got posted at the Mad Hatter. He was trying to get himself replaced for many years to get back with Annie who I think is working still at CMU (Central Marketing Unit). I guess he's still trying to get a production record to get back to Int, though he's getting into ethics trouble now and then when he looks at other girls. Maybe he has given up ...? Might also be the reason he's not actually arriving there!

What is the production that is going on at the Mad Hatter, with the 10 staff? Some studio where their "confidential location" won't be revealed to vendors? What are they producing? CDs, DVDs or commercials?

Int Execs spend days and days cooking up event plans, along with IMPR
staff (Int Management Public Relations, which is now Div 6 Gold), Cine
and Marketing (if there's anyone left in that Div). They plot out the
whole event, speech by speech, and what will be released. They
desperately cull data for good news and wins of any kind, good stats
they can show, VM (volunteer minister) wins, anything they can do a
video on. Whatever they come up with usually gets rejected by DM with a
nuclear blast. Then there are more meetings, going late into the night
and early into the morning, sometimes round the clock, putting together
another proposal. This goes round and round, meanwhile the clock is
ticking. Finally, usually a few weeks before the event, DM usually
dictates what the event is, ends up writing all the speeches "because
no one else can" and editing the videos "because no one else can."
There's a heroic effort to put it all together, everyone up round the
clock for a week. Inevitably someone gets torched. Who speaks at the
event is key, because that often can give you a clue as to who got
torched. That is, if Guillaume MCed the May 9th 15 minute segment (not
saying he did, I don't know), then Yager might be the torchee. There
was one event where all of the Int Execs were in such shit (and so
exhausted and sick-looking from being up for a week straight) that
lower echelon FCB Execs were brought in to speak.


That there was no event means they ran out of time, no one had an idea
for an event, including DM, and there was nothing ready for release. So
they bailed. I imagine anyone left in IMPR (Int Management Public
Relations, who's sole job is coordinating everything that goes into the
events) was deep-sixed (demoted, etc.).


No release means that everything planned for release fell through,
probably royally rejected by DM, with torchings all around.


I heard that the 2005 May 9 event was just a replay of March 13 event.


What that implies is the endless "blue spark" meetings with Int Execs,
the desperate proposals to DM, the nuclear meetings that exploded sky
high, and finally a last-ditch, last-minute proposal (or edict from DM)
to just replay March 13.


Most likely the Congress tapes/CDs sales probably crashed after the
March 13, 2005 event, so Scientologists needed another dose of DM's
sales pitch to recover the stats.


Does anyone know what happened at June 6 (Freewinds Anniversary events,
the so-called "summer events") or what happened at the September 2005
Auditors Day event?
