Nobody is "made to be a US citizen". I have never heard this solution from OSA, though they have many tricks and ways around how to keep someone in the country if they really want to. They have lawyers that will get VISA for you, if you are an important enough Exec. Like anything else that is corrupt, VISAs can be bought with money.

However, to become a US citizen is a personal decision and to do that you have to have been in the US for quite a number of years, in GOOD standing, and then you can take some tests through INS (Immigrations and Naturalization Services). I believe it is about the American history and you can do it all on line for $100. You can find specific information about this here:

It is very rare that a SO member is taking this solution, as there are many small steps on the way. The most common way is that you get married to an American citizen, and when you and your spouse are cross interviewed intensively at INS and verified with all other legal papers and it's all true, you are given a "Green Card" or an "Alien card". This is good for 10 years then it has to be renewed. When the time is up, you have to prove that you are still married, with another interview at the INS. These interviews are tough and not related to scn at all. I have heard stories of friends who went there and were turned down as they were put in separate rooms and if you didn't know what your spouses' brand of toothpaste is and other unique items that they can quickly verify, you are turned down. They are tough on this as many immigrants are faking this and make money to let foreigners in the country.

After all, how many happy marriages do you think last up to 10 years in the sea org and beyond?

I'm sure Pat figured out a way to stay if he wanted to, but as I said, I don't know the details and the circumstances about his legal status with the INS.

Angelo was in the RPF and did the entire program and graduated. It was shocking to see how the cult is "making exeptions" and create "new policy" all the time, just to cover their own ass.

He actually graduated, and he and his twin were officially announced. His twin got back on post, and he only worked his butt off to find out that he was being fitness boarded out RIGHT AFTER he graduated. He was very upset and couldn't understand. Needless to say, it WAS better for him, and hopefully he found out the real truth about the scam from the internet.

I will leave the details out and you have to read between the lines, but he had a young girl as a secretary when he was the Captain AOLA, and when he was RPFed she left the sea org as a minor. Whatever happened outside when he was doing the program we don't know, but whatever the legal flap was, the church didn't want to take the risk to have him around so he also got fitness boarded out, right after he was graduating. Within a week or so he was gone! Good for him! Hopefully he found out the truth on the internet about the scam, and he should be happy that he got away with what he did and that he didn't get back on post again.

I believe he has family still in the sea org, see the link earlier on this thread of who lives in PAC.

I don't know if he left the US or went back to Italy.

Yes, "Captain" Angelo Scozzi ( former CO (Commanding Officer) of AOLA) should be happy that he got away from scientolgy. I am sorry he was used as a slave in the gulag-like RPF for years while the INT execs knew all along that he would probably not be allowed to re-join the Sea Org as long as the minor child he molested was a legal threat to the cult.

Angelo Scozzi needs to admit what he did and personally apologize to the minor child he did it to.

The insane culture Hubbard created might have contributed "Captain" Scozzi feeling it was ok to treat a child like an adult, but he commited a crime, and he should not be happy he got away with it.

This is an extraordinary conversation for a fomer pc like me to read. You guys are the real players. Your insider details give people such a tremendous insight into how venal it is at the top of Scientology. I am deeply appreciative that a written public record is being produced. That is one of the VFP's of OCMB.

All of this has to make DM crazy. People in SO have to realize that DM has almost no power outside of Scientology. In the public mind he is a cult leader, that's it. He has no respect or reputation outside of the PR that Scientology creates for him.

The power of the internet has overwhelmed Scientology. It is one the safest place for SO or ex-SO to discuss what is going on. The more awareness and truth that SO and ex-SO brings to the internet the closer we move to the en d of Scientology in its present form.

I have that LRH quote on the bottom to remind people of how cruel LRH was, and DM now is, with their "put a head on a pike" policy. These are real people whose lives have been ruined so that LRH and DM could terrorize others into raising their stats. It is just so evil to ruin a person's life because DM wants to single them out as an example. Scientology has been putting "heads on pikes" for so long that the Scientology landscape now looks like this:



If Sea Org and Staff pay heed to blownforgood, antidote, and others their heads will not wind up on a pike in DM's barren wasteland. Make 2006 the year you blow for good!

Ok, great...that's what I thought. My suggestion would be add
that final statement after the quote.....that is killer. As is, I can see
some people ....possibly Sea org members, popping onto OC and reading that and getting "Restimulated" or reminded that they *might* get declared, and leaving. That was my concern.

I know, by the time most get here they're beyond that, thankfully~~~!!
