"These thetans were able people yes, with incredible
knowledge of an advanced civilization. How come we
have - according Hubbard - inherited of their defaults
and banks, but cannot have anything from their intelligence?
How come the world has DC8s, cars, trains, Christ and so
on, and does not have Markab tools?" - Roger Gonnet

So Black Propaganda is not something one lightly instigates. For it recoils on the person who uses it.

Let us see how it recoils.

Too much venom put out stains one with venom.

Too much Black Propaganda gets attacks in return.

Hubbard should have heeded his own words.

"It happened all the time at pickets; Scientologists would come up and
yell at us about this and that, to keep us occupied, bug us, and
hopefully silence us. It happened here on ars too, with the spammers
trying to drown out the voices of people they don't like. It's child-like.
It's like the kid plugging his ears and yelling "la-la-la-la" as loud as
he can so he doesn't have to hear what mom or somebody is saying.
Obviously, Scientology doesn't help you grow up." - cultxpt

"I think that if the basic formula of isolate, introvert, stalk, expose
to fear and blunt emotional trauma are repeated enough times almost any
result can be achieved, the main one being the person simply wants it
to 'go away'. In an ideal world, I'd do everything I could to help the
person not cave. In the real world, Fair Game can be absolutely brutal
and overwhelming on every level so posturing that one knows, with
certainty, what they'd do is just pissing in the wind until you've
walked a mile in those shoes." - Tawnya Fondren

A Poem for Ladybird:

Ideas are perched in my mind like birds,

Flocking into the Horizon

Flying South

Deeper into the unknown

Carried by winds that are unseen,

Yet undeniably there.

Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.

Frederick Douglass

"If you want to know why I quote so much scripture when
I write of Scientology, it is because I try to be fact-based
and back up my assertions with their source, straight from
the horse's mouth. If I were writing of some other religion,
I'd probably do a lot of quoting of their scriptures, too.
Wouldn't you? If you were trying to be fact-based?"

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God; your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

NELSON MANDELA

Neil C, amazing co-incidence, I just read that quote yesterday too and it has stayed with me since (I found it in a book called The Story Factor by Annette Simmons)

I totally get your purpose and its relevance for the critic path, funny, I thought it spoke to the good parts of my Scientology experience. Perspective, eh?

"Hubturd explains in many places that critical thought, or even
thinking, is bad. The rationale is found in Book 1. Since you have
a reactive mind that causes you to think abberated, you best
leave the 'thinking' to him. - Oh, the remedy for your pathetic
condition is to study Hubturd and get up the bridge to Clear.
Then you don't have a reactive mind anymnore and can trust
your own mind." - SchwimmelPuckel

"In my final months when I was still haf trying to do the RPF, in late
2001, my own space opera fantasies just started to collapse, and I
realized that my whole "case" of whole track memories were just my
imagination. I realized they were all just my creations, and I had NO
ill effects from that sudden (it happened over about 2-3 weeks)
collapse of over 20 years of prior built up "whole track" mental
imagery that I believed was reality. I'd been creating past lives,
space opera crap in thousands of hours of auditing over my 27 years
of being in Scientology, and it all pretty suddenly just started
collapsing, what a relief it was." - Chuck Beatty
