Funny enough, I too have experienced this phenomena when I was in $cientology, my dreaming activity was actually affected somehow, even
if I cannot point an exact finger to it, but my guts feeling is that it did have
something to do with their auditing or other mind manipulations, of this I
am fairly convinced.

I also remember a staff member who was my friend back then, who told
me that he ceased to dream, and he was saying it in a pleased way, like if
it was to be regarded as a positive sign.

He was probably been fed the same kind of bs about it that your sup told
you and, being the good brainwashed staff member that he was, he just
bought it as a fact, as they always do among themselves, as if $cientology says it, it can only be true.

Personally I am glad my dreaming activity came back to "normal", it is
like going to the movies . . ., and it is much cheaper, just love it !

I know many scientologist who told me they don't dream anymore and that was While I was on staff at Mountain View CA. Keep telling the true harms of scientology. If anyone has any more info on this dream stuff please write about it. Scientology is Evil and people need to know about it. IMHO Tommy Gorman

I had another scientology dream last night. Although the events of the dream never happened, I think the advice given in the imaginary event might be useful to some people.

This dream was different from most scientology dreams I've had. I was not in or around or near any scientology ‘org.’

What happened was that a teenage son of a friend was taking a basic course at the scientology ‘org.’ I intervened and got the boy to decide not to go back. The intervention comprised the main bulk of the dream, much more than the space I am giving it here.

Then I had to deal with his parents. I advised them to get an unlisted phone number. They didn’t like that idea.

The boy had left something of value at the ‘org.’ My advice was to write it off. His father got angry and declared, “You will go right down there and get take that back, young man.”

I said to the father, “Do you want to lose your son?” I explained about disconnection and told him that his son was in the early stages of being brain washed. If he were to send him back into the ‘org’ for whatever valuable thing was still there, then the people on staff there would have another opportunity to influence him.

I went on to tell him that his family should take a hard and honest look at their relationships with each other. “There might be something in the way you all interact with the young lad that made him vulnerable to the way cults operate. If there is you need to make some changes in your behavior to one another.”

None of this really happened, but I think the advice is still good advice.

that was a interesting dream you had. Steven Hassan is a very good friend of mine and his books are great. I would recommend his books to anyone that has been in a cult or knows someone in a cult to better understand how the cults work.

Anyone out there that has any info on this dream stuff feel welcome to post it here. Everyone keep telling the true harms of scientology.

Dear Galileio,

What is "body routing"?

This is my first post here. No thought required, since I had journalized the dream and can just cut and paste it. Talk about sticking one's toe gingerly into the waters.........

My Scientology related dream (from December, 2006):

I dream that DM is going to be on television. We don’t want people to hear the sort of lies that scientologists tell people and we learn that there is a way to embed a certain chant into the telecast in a way that will cause people to not understand what DM is saying. I am listening to chants, trying to find the exact right one. I have two “near miss” candidates. Finally, I hear what I THINK is the right one, but I wake up before that is confirmed.

The chant is not like a Gregorian, it has music and it’s format is a couple of bars of music with words, then a couple of bars with no words, then a couple of bars with words, etc. The words are in Latin and it frustrates me because I want to know what they mean in English before embedding them into the telecast.

I dream that I am laying down and that if I say the word “Saugus” it will activate a force field that will protect me wherever I may go.

And that's the way it was.......... ''

Cheers,

Smitty

Saugus, Saugus, Saugus....................

Os,

"Body routing" is the activity of going out into public places and herding unsuspecting people into an org, or to a "stress test" booth, or to a film. You physically TAKE them there, if needed. Many people resist, of course, as they have places to go, but the "body routers" are expected to "make it go right" and get them in.

OOOOHHHHHH!!!!

Dr. Shannon, thank you!!!

Body Routing. Oy Vey.

Oh, no wonder people have dreams about this!

I always felt sorry for those Scientologists who tried to get me to take personality tests off the street in Hollywood! You know, I was always polite. Always. That is because I believed that THEY believed that they were doing something good. You could see it in their faces. They weren't con people, they were GOOD PEOPLE being CONNED.

Anyhow, I finally learnt to tell them that I had no personality, and they would stand there with their mouths open because they didn't have a scripted comeback to that.

NOW I feel bad about my cheekiness.

But I was a jaded Los Angeles Resident, having been approached by Krishnas, Moonies, Thelemites, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Urantians, Ashtarians... on and on and on.

I want to ask all Scientologists to forgive me for my behaviour, as it was invalidating to their religion. I so want to invalidate Scientology, but not Scientologists. I do not know how to do the first, without accidentally accomplishing the second.

Now, Tory said Andreas asked her if she could read what she wanted (I think it was) and that helped her sort it out. I am not wise enough to adopt that kind of diplomacy. I wish I were.

I only know a skunk stinks and I hold my nose and say P.U.!!! Which doesn't really help anyone, come to think of it.

BTW, Smitty is my best friend. Hi Smitty! I'm glad you finally got on the board! I remember when you had that dream, how I wanted to find out what the chant was *in case* it would really work... but you know, I wear a "tinfoil beany" according to some who post here.

I look to Smitty when I am bouncing off the walls, and even my detractors will appreciate his presence as he will bring me to reason when others hit a brick wall.

Love,

Os

I was a body router. Let me tell you it is not a fun job.

I got attacked by some of the public every way you can imagine.

Then back at the 'org' I got attacked by my senior(s) every way you can imagine.

'Nuff said.

Sadly, I'm often the reason for Os to be bouncing off of the walls in the first place. But at least I'm in therapy for that. I'm feeling MUCH better now.

FWIW, the tinfoil beanie started out as a very lovely pyramid......it's the repeated impact with the walls that gave it the beanie appearance. Sigh!!

My mother was a body router when she first joined the cult of scientology. She use to tell me all about it. This was in San Francisco and the tenderloin. She got many people in the org. After the people got in the org most got ran out from there after they would watch a scientology video or started to talk with one of the other zombie staff members.

I did know of some nice people that were scientologist but i knew of many many very weird scientologist. I did notice most the nice people that were in scientology just joined and did not do much scientology courses.

Scientology was made by a very Evil MAN WHO WAS A DRUNk AND a WIFE BEATER which was L Ron Hubbard. IMHO Tommy Gorman

I don't want to derail this thread but I want to say this. During the time I was a body router I estimate I dragged between five thousand and six thousand people into the 'org' for personality tests. I estimate that out of every hundred people dragged in, two would take a basic course. After all that walking and dragging I only ever found one person who actually stayed on.

For all those that I dragged in, I sincerely apologize for doing that. I hope that person who stayed on didn't stay on for long.

Now, please, back to the dreams.

That sounds a lot like what my mother told me lololol. I really want to know if there is a way scientology has something in the so called TECH that makes it happen that way. The more people post about it here the easier it will make it to figure out. Keep speaking the true harms of scientology. IMHO Tommy Gorman

For anyone who thinks they have stopped dreaming: Drink two or three big glasses of water right before bedtime. You WILL wake up a few hours later from a vivid dream, probably involving searching for a bathroom! You'll forget the dream in a few minutes if you don't concentrate, so write it down if you can.
