Jack Nicholson is a superb actor at playing people on the brink and past the edge of sanity even if he did overact a little in The Shining

I think Matt Stone and Trey Parker (creators of South Park) should make a puppet movie like Team America and Phil Hendrie should do all the voices. That would be hilareous.

Sir Peter Ustinov would've made a great older hubbard.

Then, I remember looking at hubbtoad's picture on the back of dianetics and thinking, wow, if whoever made a movie about hubbard, too bad Alan Hale Jr isn't still alive to star as...

Bobby from "King of the Hill."

Oh, and Stewie from "Family Guy" as Xenu.

Kidding...

You beat me to it. Jackie Gleason would have been a better LRon than LRon himself.

No question Christopher Walken could do the part superbly....and the good part is that he is still alive. Does anyone have his phone number?

However, I would only go see the movie if they wrote in a scene where Walken (as Ron) in full naval regalia, walks up to the bridge with all the Sea Org staff below him waiting in fear and trepidation....and then Walken shouts out..."I NEED more Cowbell!!!!

Not sure on Ron but John Malkovich would make a reasonable Guillaume Lesevre.

I found an actor who looks very similar to Davie only taller. But I am not going to ruin the guy's career by naming him here. He doesn't need the stigma.

I still think carrot top for at least young LRH.
Throw a fat suit on him and we can get the rest of the years.
He could not look any worse then LRH did in his last 20 years.
