Opter i like your post. If you know anymore people out here that has a story to tell and has not yet please help them post it on this website. Hope all is well.

Keep telling the true harms of scientology.

Scientology is Evil to the core. SCIENTOLOGY PROTECTS RAPIST AND KILLS. Scientology ruins families and lives everyday. The only thing scientology can Clear is one bank account at a time

LRH was married 3 times which shows he could not stay with one wife.
L.Ron Hubbard was and evil man, crazy in the head schitzo, paranoid, psychopath, who was a psych drug taking, heavy drug using, wife beating alcoholic drunk, pathological liar, coward who let his 3rd wife go to prison for his crimes as he hid and ran away for the remaining years of his life from the FBI. L.Ron Hubbard died with psych drugs shot in his butt. IMHO Tommy Gorman
This is my own opinion. I'd rather die speaking the truth about the harms of the cult of scientology than hide and be afraid.

Mr. Bad,
What a story. Just be thankful that you got out and that you did not waste even more time with the cult.

I could not have been more deluded.
MB,

You're definitely not alone on this one.

It amazes me that there are still people "in" Scientology that have been there for years and have witnessed all of the re-edits and re-writes of Hubturd and his "Tech" over the years.

Yes, the major point that got me to realize that all of it was a fraud was learning the truth about the man himself - the Church PR: ALL LIES.

The fact that there are people still buying this junk just amazes me.

MB, I hope things are going well for you. It definitely takes time for the wounds to heal.

Thanks BTs,

Once you fully understand all the lies, the "tech" becomes bullshit and a waste of time and money.

Well, more than 40,000 people have looked at this thread.

So, in honor of the 40,000th viewing, I'm bumping this to exercise my prophetic powers.

In 2008 we shall see the end of David Miscavige's reign of suppression. His crimes will finally see the light of day by all members, and he will either run or be arrested.

Tom Cruise will issue a public apology.

Hundreds of disconnected families will be reunited.

In an effort to save Scientology from total collapse, the remaining hardcore members will undertake massive policy reformation.

I'm not a prophet, but I have predicted a thing or two.

This is a repost from the thread I started called the Sad Sad Tale of Serge Obilensky

What I'm about to tell you is a true story. Serge Obelinsky is a real person who grew up in the Sea Org. His stepmother Debbie Obelinsky worked in the Treasury Division over at CC International, Scientology's premier org. They used to call CC the "Oasis of Creative Freedom" whatever that means.

This story begins with Serge working as an RPF slave renovating CC International (The Manor Hotel as well) until the Great and Benevolent Douche Miscavenge granted all the RPF slaves an amnesty, and then, all the RPF slaves became Manor Hotel slaves.

So, Serge was working in the Manor. He would alternate between working as a galley slave and housekeeper slave. Basically, he worked where ever he was most useful.

Serge wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but he was a nice guy. He was, and to my knowledge still is a very nice guy. I barely knew him though. I sat out in front of the PAC canteen after work around 11:00 p.m. a few times. We would smoke and shoot the shit. I would always ask, "How's Debbie doing?" I was just making idle conversation because I just thought she had nice boobs.

It was always strange to see the way he responded though. It was as if they were strangers. He had a look of disbelief that I would even ask how she was doing. But, whatever, it's not really my place to judge the interpersonal relationships in someone else's family. That's not the point of this story.

One day I noticed Serge had a book. It was "None Dare Call It A Conspiracy." For those of you who don't know, "None Dare Call It A Conspiracy" is probably the most paranoid and anti-semetic books ever written. Elron used to sell it in the bookstores of all the "churches" in the late 70's and early 80's before the Douche Miscavenge overthrow. Elron sold "None Dare Call It A Conspiracy" because he went all Jim Jones in the late 70's--Jim Jones was the guy who put cyanide in Kool-Aid and force his cult members at gun point to drink it. I make this harsh accusation because Elron told everyone in the late 70's a nuclear war is only a few months away, and he needed a bunch of money so he could try and stop it--I'm not kidding. (It's just another tidbit Douche and his henchmen have whitewashed in an effort to prevent the newcomers from really learning how paranoid and evil $cientology's history really is.)

Anyway, Serge got ahold of this book, which is highly inflammatory. Chances are if you ever read it and you believed it--you'd want to overthrow the government--it's that insidious.

So, Serge read this book, and he changed dramatically--that's putting it mildly. Actually, I'll be quite honest, he went totally insane.

He would make muttering oddball comments about doomsday and the men who controlled the world...on and on and on....it was disturbing to say the least. It was obvious to anyone who saw the young man--he was cookoo-for-coco puff's. It was really sad to watch. Clearly, no one care enough about the boy to have an intelligent conversation with him to bring back down to earth. Looking back, I wish I had cared more.

But, you see, Serge wasn't much older than 18, and I believe Serge was acting the way anyone who didn't have an education and whose parents were completely absent for the majority of his life would react. He simply didn't have the constitution to deal with what was going on in his head.

Did his mom or dad or anyone else take time off and help him get his head put on straight????--not to my knowledge. Afterall, they were all members of the elite Sea Organization where 'only the tiger's survive'. And daddy was no where to be seen. So, poor Serge was off-loaded out of the S.O. without pity or remorse. In the blink of an eye, Serge went from "elite S.O. member" to freeloading degraded being. Serge was safely out-of-sight-and-out-of-mind as far as the cult was concerned.

I wish I could say this was where the story ends--I wish to god I could, but I can't--this sad tale only gets worse.

About 4 years past by, I was out of the psycho-sadistic nightmare called the Sea Org. I hadn't really given dear ol' Serge a second thought--I was off doing my thing. I hadn't completely given up on Scientology, yet. I just assumed Serge went off and got a job as a janitor somewhere or something.

So, one day I was strolling down Los Feliz Blvd near PAC, minding my own business. It was getting late. The sun reflected through trees that lined the side walk. Denizens ate and smoked at the outside cafes, and I was headed home with a bag full of groceries I bought at the health food store.

Then, I saw Serge coming the other way. Serge Obelinsky didn't have any arms!!! It was one of the most horrible visions I have ever seen. He had those mechanical arms with the stainless steel pincers in the place where his arms used to be. A lady was walking beside him with an arm around him--it could have been his biological mother. She looked like she was assisting him.

He didn't recognize me. I just walked by him, and went straight home. I was mortified. I really didn't know what to think or say. It was just awful. I felt so bad for the guy.

At the time I had a roommate who was ex-S.O. I said, "Dude, do you know who Serge Obelinski is?" He said, "Yeah." Then he said, "He blew his arms off making pipe bombs." WTF?? OMG?? You have got to be fucking kidding me. Holy shit!!!

And that was it. I only saw him a few more times. I started to say I saw him 'thumbing through a magazine at 7-eleven', but then I realized what I was about to say. I did see him at 7-eleven trying to look through a magazine with his pincers. Again, I didn't talk to him--I felt too sorry for the guy.

I mean....what do you say to someone, "Hey, I heard you blew your arms off making pipe bombs.....Bummer."

Poor Serge. This is one of the sadest trajedies I have ever witnessed.

I'd like to see Mike Rinder explain this one away to a reporter....."He was an adult who made a bad choice."

No, Mr. Rinder, he is another victim of the cult of heartlessness, $cientology.

(Please Note: when this was originally posted Rinder was still in the S.O. Maybe, Rinder read this story and had a change of heart about working for the little prick.)

PS. I'm adding this story because it fits in with the rest of my story.

This is a repost from the thread I started called "My Freewinds Vacation." I'm consolidating my story.

A few years ago, I spent a week on the Freewinds. It cost me around $3000. It involved a lengthy "reg-cycle" to convince me to go. It was complete with the classic $cientology assurance "it will pay for itself because your postulates will work better," or some bullshit like that.

So anyway, I get to the ship and the "security" douche standing on the gangway tells me I need to leave my bag there while I go check in. So, I do. While I'm standing at the counter waiting to be checked in, the security douche bag walks up behind me and says, "You know, you can't drink that bottle of wine while your on course." WTF?? This asshole just searched my duffle bag without my permission. Right there, I wanted to shout at this guy, "What the fuck are you doing going through my shit without me being there?" But, I kept my cool.

The woman at the counter takes an inappropriate amount of time giving me my room key and my "routing form" because there's 2 other S.O. teenagers distracting her with their "important stuff", but I thought great, I'll go to my room, throw my stuff down, stretch my legs, and tour the ship. I'll do the "routing form" later. So, I get to my room and there's 3 other dudes in there. WTF?? You have got to be kidding me!! No one bothered telling me I'd be sharing a room with 3 dudes. 2 of them don't even speak English!! And, they are from another country where, let's just say, they don't have the same hygiene standards as they do in the U.S. My TA was jacked to about 4 on the dial. (I was pissed off) This was clearly an over-priced bait-and-switch. I wanted to beat the shit of someone, but who? To make matters worse, the room was tiny. (probably 10x10) At this point, it was too late for getting in someone's face and telling them they're an asshole. I was there and the money was spent. I decided to make the best of it, besides, my "vacation" was just getting started.

But, by this time, I already made a huge mental note: Never go back to the Freewinds again!

I noticed the "Accommodations Officer" was suspiciously on the "routing form." When people come to the Freewinds, are they often surprised by the roommate situation? My guess: YES!

So, I payed the Accommodations Officer a visit and informed her I was surprised to see people in my room. She then tried to sell me an upgrade for $700 bucks, and she made no apologies. I thought, what a bitch, and I told her "no." As if that wasn't bad enough, she pried a little further, and she asked, "Why are you here?" I told her "The Route to Infinity Course," and she said, "Oh, you're going to love it." She then asked, "Have you heard about the "OT Debug Service?" I said, "Yes, but I'm not interested," which must of meant to her, I just hadn't been "closed" on it yet because she proceeded to try to sell me the $3000 service. I told her "no" again, and I indicated that she should just sign my form so I could be on my way. I'm still mystified by the arrogance and lack of regard for "good service" by this woman.

Also, this was my first of about 9 reg or recruit cycles. If I wasn't in a reg or recruit cycle with a Sea Org member, I was listening to some S.O. douche nozzle give his "clever anitidote" about why it was so imperative to go up the Bridge as quickly as possible. One poor dumb S.O. slob relayed his story about no longer being able to "metabolize" on an emeter, and how glad he was to make it up to OT 7 before that happened. I wanted to make some smartass comment like, "Well, you know they have viagra now, don't you?"

Fortunately, meals were prepared 3 times a day. Meals were a nice break from sitting on my ass in a course room. The food was nice, however, the wait staff seemed agitated--I'll tell you why in a minute.

In the evening, after course, I worked on the "routing form", which still needed about 5 more people to sign-off on it, which included: the bookstore officer, IAS reg, Examiner, Course Supe. Each sign-off included more highly pressurized selling of memberships, books, services, recruiting, and prying into my plans for the future.

Even when I went to the Examiner, I thought, this will be a quick signature, but NO, the bitch gave me a PTS interview, and she joined the list of about 5 people, who tried to sell me the "OT Debug Service." At this point, I was shaking my head, wondering why I would ever spend so much money to be treated like this. Maybe, I was doing it so I could warn others? Who knows? But, god dammit, man! The service up to this point sucked. Actually, I would call it "anti-service" because as a guest, I was made to run around and get myself squared away, as opposed to them accomodating me. I'm embarassed to admit I got all the signatures on the "routing form" because it's probably the shittiest possible thing you could have a "guest" do.

Anyway, it was getting late. So, I decided to crawl in my bunk. Naively, I thought tomorrow was going to be a better day. Only, I was awakened by the return of the smelly-balding-Hungarians around 12 o'clock. I was so fucking annoyed at this point I can't even begin to tell you.

And, tomorrow was another day, but just more of the same bullshit. I was on course in the morning and afternoon. I wanted to put in extra time so I could finish the course early because I wanted extra time to lounge and enjoy my "vacation" and do things like snorkle, scuba, lay on the beach, and enjoy the bottle of wine I brought. Who knows? I thought I might even share it with someone special. Yeah right.

The "Route To Infinity"course was pretty much what you would expect. Elron rambled on and on without really saying anything of any consequence or importance while making glib references to history. I realize now, he was probably tweaked-out on speed, when he gave the lectures because honest-to-god, altogether, the man talked 5 hours and said absolutely nothing. I only remember one quote, and it goes like this, "There's no substitute for an over the ramparts, howling charge on life." Translation: live life to the fullest. So, why not just say, "live life to the fullest?" Can you imagine how gay you would sound, if you told your friends about "ramparts" and "howling charges?" I remember this quote because Tom Cruise says it's his favorite Lafatty quote.

(Gay quote + Tom Cruise's favorite quote = Tom Cruise is gay)

The other thing I remember about the course was an emphasis on "creating illusions" Looking back, I wonder if Elron felt he was just "creating the illusion" he was a college graduate, war hero, loving father and husband, and a philanthropic human being, as apposed to flat-out fucking lying about it.

Anyway, the next few days went as you would expect. Boring course...regging...recruiting...intermixed with rudeness and noticing various outpoints, which only strengthened my resolve to never go back.

I noticed I kept seeing the same wait staff for breakfast, lunch, and diner all week long. No wonder these guys looked so pissed--no break whatsoever. They were worked like slaves building the pyramids until they dropped dead. I felt sorry for them. I don't think the people were giving any thought about seeing the same people waiting on them 3 meals a day 7 days a week.

I did manage to meet a few people in the evenings, and I got to the beach twice in 7 days for a couple hours. I went scuba diving and swimming. That was cool. I was a little disappointed about my bottle of wine coming home with me though.

Overall, I have to rank my "Freewinds Vacation" as one the biggest wastes of money ever. Actually, I can't classify this as a vacation. It was more of an ass-whipping total waste of time and money.

Despite my intention of finishing the course early, I finished the day I was leaving. The assholes wanted to tell me I needed to stay a few more days, but I somehow managed at the last moment.

I got absolutely nothing out of the course except debt on my credit card. There was absolutely nothing relevant about it.

Word to the wise, don't go to the Freewinds unless you like being treated like shit. The only positive thing I can say about my experience is the weather was nice, but I spent most of my time studying the ramblings of a lunatic indoors. If you ever want a nice cruise vacation call Carnival or someone like them. It will cost you about a third of the Freewind's price, and you will actually receive good service.

mb

P.S. The Freewinds is laced Asbestos, and it isn't allowed into U.S. ports because of it, and no one bothers to tell the Scienobots.

P.S.S. The OT Debug Service is another gigantic scam. One story I heard was about a guy, who discovered his "bug" that was keeping him from "going OT" was this--he wasn't out-flowing enough. Yes, this numbnuts spent $3000 to be told he wasn't out-flowing enough, and he had a smile on his face when he shared his "win."

P.S.S.S. I realize I'm telling these deranged stories, and I'm calling all these people douche bags, idiots, numbnuts, bitches, and assholes, and the fact that I was there in the middle of all of it says alot about me. Oh well.

Mr. Bad, congratulations on moving from effect to slight gentle cause! It appears you have been finally debugged. I went to the ship before they had all that insane routing form crap. It wasn't that bad for me, but I do agree that Carnival would be way more fun and way cheaper.

Shoulda said Wut? OT Bedbug Service? when they offered the OT Debug Service. Then, become convinced that there are bedbugs on the Freewinds. Don't let their denials change your belief. Drive THEM crazy with craziness.
