Quoting someone and then altering their words is not specifically prohibited here. It can be done in any manner of contexts: in fun; to distort the truth; to be juvenile; to rib someone in a friendly way; etc., etc.

It's usually seen as childish and that's how I was usually acting whenever I did it. hehehe
