Well, after about a year and a half, and nearly 650,000 collective views of my videos, my account is now permanantly disabled.



The above is one of 7 email notifications that arrived in a 60 second period.

The very first notification was for my captured footage of Today Tonight's report on the Walicki murders in Sydney.
The network that holds the rights to the footage, know forewell I have uploaded every report they have done on scientology since may 2007.

But all of a sudden, after all this time, American Rights Counsel LLC can have videos removed that the Youtuber is permitted to upload?

Elronic that my whole account is now gone, as are the hosted videos from Youtube.

What I would ask of people here is, to post or PM me non-generic contact addresses to YouTube's Admin, so I can go about restoring my former youtube account, that had at LEAST 600 views a day, 7 days a week, averaging over the last 16 months.

Iv'e tried to find info on American Rights Counsel LLC, and all I seem to find is that it's some non existent entity that has sprung up to try negate the Nony's videos on youtube. Anyone know of threads in EO that have discussed or is discussing this issue, please point me in the right direction.

The last time videos were removed from my youtube, they were done by RTC making copyright claims on all but one of the many clam testimonials I had up and running.

If I have to start again, so be it.

Any info people can share with me would be great.

If you have backups of your videos, reupload them somewhere, make them available for download somewhere, and pass the links around. Anything taken down is going back up. I think I have a copy of your video from the Today Tonight Walicki murders report, I'll see if I can find it.

The only 2 clips of mine I cannot find in my drives are, the "scientology: rig on line web polls so they look legit" and the clip of OT V Ray handing out black PR in July
Someone on YT has the clip of mine up(poll rigging), but I cant find it now. I still have every other clip saved.

I'm more pissed about how my highly Google-indexed clips wont be found.

I'll start uploading onto Google the best of the best ASAP, and link them.

There seems to be some sort of pattern forming in many cases.
It's apparent that the cults abuse/manipulation/exploitation of children could be a commonality in many cases of recent YT removals.

This is Oschaper, I would put my money on it. He took down another of my videos this morning (notification came from American Rights Counsel).

His YT account is now "closed".
Not removed or suspended, but "closed".
Closed like he closed it after his attack/fraudulant claims upon YT vids critical of his cult

I get a sense that a footbullet has been discharged

Haha, great job Peter. The CoS will never succeed in their attempts at censorship. Anything taken down will pop up elsewhere.

That's my take on it, too.

The California Secretary of State's office knows nothing of any ARC LLC, although they do list American Rights Management Company, LLC, which actually IS a business that polices intellectual property, although AFAIK they cover books, rather than video content. I'm thinking that ARC is a name picked to try to create confusion.
