This link was sent to me by another poster. I won't reveal their nick - they can identify themselves if they want to. (Thanks for the info.)
I knew Joe Yazbeck (as aquantances, not close friends) when he 1st started in Scientology at the Riverside Mission a little over 30 years ago.
Here is a WISE commercial (approx. 30 min. long) with Joe Yazbeck as host.

Intelligent critiques, analyses, and comments are welcomed.
What do YOU say to this?
Best regards,
Larry |

Bold emphasis mine.
Joe said,
| Quote: |
In this show you will discover how to successfully prepare your business for unlimited expansion.
|
Joe, in this show, you NEVER DID demonstrate how I could prepare my "business for unlimited expansion". NOT EVEN ONCE did you, or your guest, ever demonstrate this. All you did was fishing with your bait in the water.
Joe, your guest talks about having an org chart and training employees in their job. Every company that I have worked for has already done these things without any connection with Hubbard's teachings.
What is your point, Joe? (As if I didn't know.) |

Insufferable crap - With Joe Yazbeck

OK, I am going to watch this and make some random comments:
"There are a lot of businesses out there competiting with ours"
Competiting? Did that fat chick just create another word or is that Hubbardspew?
"It's almost like a template kind of thing, it's like a chart" -
FFS! Ever read project management for Dummies? I think that has something which is an actual template, perhaps it even has an actual chart!
"In companies that I have worked for, previous"
Unbelievable, the fat broad is about as articulate as our President.
Then she babbles on about an organizational board in which employees wear "things like hats..."
Wow, ever hear of an org chart?
Unbelieveable. This Joeron started picking up on the hat theme, babbled for two minutes and the fat broad ran with it, apparently delighted that he understood and was able to demonstrate it.
And then he rambles on ever so sure.
"L Ron Hubbard has a booklet
To have a quality product - Organize
To raise morale - Organize
To survive - Organize!"
By this time, the corpulent one has delivered no less than thirty five verbal confirmations of "Absolutely!" Is anyone else tired of this lame attempt to parrot business speak?
This is so fucking painful to watch.
I think she just said "The way it's laid out it almost is common sense".
Wow. Can't these folks commit to any position?
That's it, I am shutting this down at 15 minutes - it is unbearable.
People, in business as in real life there are no secrets and no one has all the answers, certainly not Elron.
For specifics,
http://management.about.com/cs/generalmanagement/a/OrgCharts.htm
Hit the links on how to build an org chart etc. This activity does help define roles in business. The actual act of creating a proper org chart requires a ton of soul searching on the part of the employer and in doing the result is a more well thought out business model. That has fuck all to do with paying some Joeron consultant to come in and tell you how to run your business in accord with the principles of LRH. If your business idea is not a good one, then save your cash, pay your obligations and rework the business, there are more than enough idiots out there posing as sages following the proven business model of "selling you a piece of blue sky".
Yes I am a business man. Mine is a relatively small business with operations in three countries employing about 200 people. Money does not make anyone successful or better, it simply provides some more options. Note: it does not guarantee that you are going to choose the options which make you happiest and I have many friends who are both educated and rich but are neither successful nor happy.
You can make your own blue sky at any rung on the ladder. _________________ Life changes, we move forward, learning as we go. |

OMG. I just came across this video of Joe Yazbeck. I can tell you from personal experience that most of his business ventures end of coming to nothing. I knew him in clearwater when i was "in" and frankly he was a windbag and rather touchy at that too.
He once went to another part of the US with an agreement between he and i to see an assiciate of mine in order to assist in one of my business deals and all he actually did was try to sell the associate HIS products when he got there. Needless to say I never dealt with him again and it was this type of double standard that i found scientologists to display on many occasions and eventually i just left.
I found in their version of the business world astoundingly corrupt. It's all about making lots of money without too much concern about how you do it, what laws you break, who you rip-off, even other scientologists. As long as lots of it ends up going to Flag and WISE the CoS will absolutely protect you, and therefore these people, Ray Cassano, Kim Bright at el, get away with lots of stuff you or i would be flung in jail for.
When scientology says they ethical, they don't mean what's in the LRH books, they mean what they can help you get away with if you support their cause. It's all covered by "the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics."
Ask around about Roy (http://www.truthaboutscientology.com/stats/by-name/r/roy-anderson.html) and Lisa Anderson and Happy Paws, and saving pets Lives. It was a company that used to NOT pay their workes on a regular basis and why many left. Most were scientologists and Roy Anderson ended up getting sent to ethics. All they did was give him some auditing. Wow. Many of the people working there never got their money, and as you know you can't sue another scientologist, so they lost out big.
Lisa of course was a friend of one Kirstie Alley and so i'm sure this helped. |
