sunday around 1pm Iwas standing outside the celebrity center
with a sign I was going to buy my fresh bread at the bazkers around
I saw a musician I know he is a scientologist and was threatening me once because I threw away the flyers he used to put on windshield cars
they used to get rid also of all kind of posters flyers I drop in laundries ,shops ,businesses ,administration ,public telephone booth
so i told him making fun again.... this week I got 120 of your flyers threwn away in shops
the guy OLIVIER music teatcher got mad jumped at me punched me in the chest and tried to grab me at the throat
and surely smashed my hard polystirene sign
I had a cut on my upper left hand and a sore neck because he punched me and I felt on a bike and a car standing by the side walk ..the vehicles were parked ..surely not in motion ..
I called the local 911 ( 17 in france a police patrol car drove by they recognized me ...they know mùe ptretty well they were gentle and politez they got inside the celebrity center I gave them a physical description of my assaulter and I had my camera I shot after the assault
they were people in the street and on balconies and looking from their appatment
the police arrested the guy took him away I took a braek home and them went to cental police precinct by invalides station
I charged a complaint for psysical assault
the police told me the assaulter OLIVIER recognize the violence toward myself he knows he was violent behaving this way
so this is a new charge again

I was on hearing this week again for my past trial they want to put new charges and accuse me being a full time paid mermber of the UNADFI.. they saw me kissing "friendly" the president during the trial in may
let's start all over this year I was assaulter in to a public office outside the courtroom in front of two gendarmes
in june one guy JONATHAN smashed my camera lens and then after hit me with an umbrella trying to small my cell phone filkming him
I got thios one arrested too and I charged him also with physical assault and destructiuon of private property
I had different threat from a guy named PHILLIPE
he was chasing me with a bike and stopped very....very close and said "this time you were lucky someotherday you won't be that lucky"
he did it with a car a couple of times saying with iorony "sir watch out when you are on zebra crossing!"
I went to police station for report threze times and this time it is to be complaint with threatening too
they used to call me "pêdophile ,madman ,wacko ,"degraded" (deviant )
motherF..... and we had thre of us witness one guy calling us "bunch of fucking faggots ,come nearer you pussy !!" one charge also
one policeman is now taking care and I may call himl anytime for protection he warned me they are going berserk and wild
voila how it is in paris now
but ZORRO aka NONO LA PATATE is still alive and I 've been on tv news even CNN and will be in different articles in newspapers
