They are asking $6.5 million, and according to Silvia Kusada who just posted this to Facebook they paid $9 million.

They have a new piece of property, I believe, with all kinds of problems that they haven't built on yet, amirite? This has got to hurt, having to sell at such a loss. Ouch.

What's a few million here and there when you're going to "save the planet"? Losing that much money couldn't happen to a "nicer" bunch of con artists.

It is far too big for their needs. The old org is too big but of course an "ideal org" can't be the same or smaller. It has to be HUUUUGE. This is going to be a really expensive do, if they ever get it underway.

The downtown org at 1330 4th. Ave has a For Sale sign on it, that went up around the time they closed the deal on the Ideal Org property; 8 acres east of Mission Valley that was the home of the Coleman College campus, which moved to be closer to downtown.
Before that, it was a bowling alley. Buildings are in grave disrepair. The only thing done as "improvement" is weed abatement and graffiti coverage.

The plan was to raze these buildings to install a "Mission-style campus" comprised of several pieces of clip art assembled together with no coherence.

But now, there's a For Sale sign on the property, and it is listed:

Strangely, the OT Committee website still has a page dedicated to raising funds for a building they're now trying to offload for what they paid, a little over $9 million.

Sounds like fraud to me.
