phase one-
get people in Haiti to plant kenaf, they did that with the help of Cary Goulston and Global Pioneers

phase two
build a crude cooking stove that burns kenaf
and build 1 Million of these stoves over a 5 year period using orphans as labor
Scientologist Claude Reginald Jean is supplying the Restavek/orphans along with providing crude structures to house the initial manufacturing sweatshops-oversee distribution-and management and administer collections/payments for the sale of the stoves
the plan is to use His Orphans/slave labor to manufacture these items
