Moxon is SO? I had no idea.

Moxon must lose hopeless lawsuits and be screamed at by Miscavige for a billion years.

Of course they'll just drag this out as long as they can, and try to burn through Anonsparrow's legal fees.

It's amazing how these jerks use the American legal system to harass and drain people that are effectively exposing their abuses.

I thought Brian Mandigo was acquitted of the charges. Am I wrong?

Acquitted of charges means the case is over and the court has no further business with it ever. A person once acquitted can never be retried on those charges. That's my understanding.

So, WTF?

That was the criminal case.
Now there is the civil case.
You know, like OJ Simpson.

If Moxon is a tit, you must acquit.

From seeing what little I watched of Angry Gay Pope's depositions what I perceive is that Moxon ($cientology) uses these depositions to gather information for $cientology's office of special affairs (OSA) that has nothing to do with the court case that the deposition is supposed to be about.

My sympathy is with Brian Mandigo for his coming ordeal.

Actually, due to some admissions by the DC ORG ED regarding DM's role in OSA on the Org board, and several other tidbits such as fair gaming, disconnection and SP declares in court transcripts, Brian is kinda looking forward to the depositions. Yes, the long deposition and delay tactics cost legal fees, but he's looking forward to facing off Moxon. Thankfully, Brian has excellent representation. I'll be glad when its over for him.

Brian should take some bottled water and some power bars with him and put them on the table in front of him. Then he should not refer to them unless Moxon asks about them. When he asks Brian can say he has equipped himself the way David Miscavige did for the game of musical chairs at gold base. Reference Marc Headley's narrative.
