If you have access to some of L. Ron's lectures try this.

Take a piece of paper and a pen or pencil.

Listen to one of L. Ron's lectures.

As you listen make a mark on the page every time L. Ron says, "they" without a prior reference for this referential pronoun. Also make a mark on the page every time L. Ron says something that is a broad generality.

Do that with three or four of his lectures chosen at random.

If you are still involved in scientology do that just before you go in for a security check (sec check). Don't do this if you are in the sea organization and about to go in for a security check unless you like wearing a black jump suit.

Here's a good example today of a Scientologist so well indoctrinated in her religion's SP doctrine that she spills how pervasive and all-but-one-percent-encompassing this toxic doctrine is. What an admission that in Scientology, 99 per cent of the battle is spotting SPs. Doing the math, one percent of Scientologists' battle is shattering the SPs they've spotted.

Things we’ve ¬buried in our subconscious, possibly for centuries, but which can come back and trigger, say, a bung neck.

“Tiger Woods, for instance, I could have fixed him in a few hours,” Honnor tells me. “He was crying every time he won a tournament. He had an ethics problem and someone was suppressing him.” Princess Di was another damaged person whom Honnor reckons she could have sorted in a few hours. Paris Hilton and Prince Harry are others she thinks could do with a little auditing to sort out their messy lives.

But back to me. We run through the details of my injury and then the big question is posed. “When,” Honnor wants to know, “did you experience symptoms similar to this in your past?” This is problematic, because I hadn’t. Like many people, I’ve experienced aching muscles after too many hours hunched over a computer, but it’s not the same. I know this is important because Scientologists believe that if you think hard enough you will locate the beginnings of your symptoms way back in your life, or in a past life. And, Honnor explains, if I think really hard I’ll recognise that there was a “suppressive” person in my life causing the pain in my neck.

Tomorrow we’re going to delve into this a little further. As I climb into a taxi, exhausted, my brain is still whirring – only now I’m remembering some of the bastards I’ve encountered in my life and wondering if I can pin my crook neck on them.

Here's an SP declare from 1972 that shows Scientology executives' knowledge and use of the term "fair game." The use, importantly, is the application and promulgation of fair game as LAW in Scientology.

Hubbard issued HCOPL "Cancellation of Fair Game" October 21, 1968. Scientologists like Litchfield and the Rockls knew that what Hubbard meant in that policy letter was that fair game continued like never before.

Evidence of the above notes are contained in knowledge reports on file in HCO.

She is hereby placed in a condition of Enemy. The formula is “FIND OUT WHO YOU REALLY ARE.”

Should she desire it, her only recourse is through the Ethics Officer Vancouver, and would include an act of contrition and full application of Ethics formulas from Enemy through Normal as well as Steps A – E per the above policy letter.

There is no policy letter that orders Scientology Ethics to protect the homes, property, places and abodes of Scientologists in good standing. This is important, given Scientology's current "Neighborhood campaign" and their ongoing fair game activities against their opponents.

Scientologists in the Litchfield and Rockl, GO, OSA, Miscavige, Rathbun, Rinder category know that what Hubbard meant by his policy is that SPs' homes, property, places and abodes are legitimate targets for invasion and theft, and that SPs are legitimate targets for attack or pursuit. That's Webster's definition for fair game: "legitimately open to attack or pursuit." And that remains law to Scientologists everywhere.

Scientologists' targets, clearly, are the people who hold Scientology materials and policies up to ridicule, contempt or scorn. Some of Scientology materials and policies, and their appliers, of course, are ridiculous, contemptible and deserve great scorn. A key reason for these ridiculous and contemptible materials, policies and actions is to generate ridicule, contempt or scorn to have targets to fair game. That's why Marty calls the good people who stand up to Scientology's ridiculous and contemptible materials, policies and actions "haters." It's clam code for fair game.

I found at least 2 declarers, which is made pre-Miscavige, yet Lois Garcia claims that the present management did it. Do you know if the rest of the SP-Declarers on Garcia’s list is made pre-Miscavige or not?

scientology-cult.com claims that the people on their list were "DECLARED SP by Current Church Leadership." Current cult leadership is the Miscavige regime. A significant number of SPs on the list were declared during the Hubbard regime.

It is clear that it serves the Loyalists' purposes to make the obscure and basically meaningless distinction, and false claim, that current cult leadership, not the cult leadership during Hubbard's reign, declared all these people.

How many of those people were declared while Rathbun and Rinder were on post in the current cult leadership? Where are all these declares? Where are Rathbun's and Rinder's declares?

Scientologists use their loyalty to Hubbard's thought-stopping operating system to prevent themselves from applying their critical faculties in an independent way, even after they accepted their "independent Scientologist" hats. Garcia's introduction is an example of this unfortunate sort of thought loop.

In a letter to COB, Luis Garcia wrote:

That Garcia "found Scientology be true, and "found LRH to speak the truth" are ridiculous banalities, but it's necessary for Scientologists to parrot this kind of unevaluated BS to stay being good unevaluating parrots, or as they say, "living embodiments of LRH technology."

Is that all Garcia found in what Hubbard communicated? Or is it that Hubbard did communicate some truths among his lifetime of pathological lying, so Garcia can say with a straight face that he found Hubbard to speak the truth?

Saying that he found Scientology to be true is like saying someone found lying to be true. Lying exists, therefore it must be true. QED.

I believe the independent Scientologists have long since been proven, by documents and good argument, to be wrong about Hubbard being truthful, about Scientology being true and ethical before Miscavige, and about Scientology working as Hubbard claimed. At this point, I'm convinced that the independents are willfully lying, and frankly their lying disgusts me. I believe it is impossible to be any brand of Scientologist and not lie about important issues, particularly Hubbard, Scientology and their SP doctrine.

This is from Rick and Vicki Aznaran’s brief in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1990 in response to Scientology’s appeal from the US District Court’s denial of its motion for a preliminary injunction to enforce the terms of releases and waivers the Aznarans signed while in the cult. Attorney Ford Greene did a great job on this brief.

The Aznarans signed Scientology's releases and waivers to avoid being declared Suppressive Persons. The cult's purpose for these documents was to suppress evidence, and of course to suppress the Aznarans.

Scientology lost the appeal, and Ford kept the case proceeding to trial for two more years, surviving a massive onslaught of summary judgment motions and extra-litigation attacks. Then the cult – Rathbun, Rinder? – went directly to the Aznarans and paid them to settle their claims. Part of deal was the Aznarans had to turn on Ford. Rathbun’s role in handling the Aznarans when they were trying to leave the cult is also mentioned in the brief.

II.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

A. Nature Of The Case


On April 1, 1988, the Aznarans filed their Complaint below for false imprisonment, fraud, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, loss of consortium, invasion of privacy, conspiracy, breach of contract, restitution, breach of statutory

duty to pay minimum wages and overtime and constructive fraud. The factual basis of the complaint is predicated upon the Aznarans' fifteen years in Scientology.

After successfully disqualifying the Aznarans former counsel, the Scientology defendants answered and all except Author Services, Inc., counterclaimed against the Aznarans.

In the District Court, Scientology has consistently, but unsuccessfully, sought to silence and neutralize the Aznarans by acquiring a judicial finding that the "releases" Scientology alleges the Aznarans signed are valid and enforceable.

B. Factual Background

Vicki J. Aznaran and Richard N. Aznaran are married. Formerly, they were among the highest ranking officials in Scientology. Vicki was the President of Religious Technology Center and Richard was the Chief of Security, Worldwide. For fifteen years they were subjected to fraud, coercive persuasion and exploitation at the hands of Scientology. The Aznarans were subjected to coercive persuasion [2] by Scientology without their knowledge or consent.

The imposition of such techniques forced them to abandon their identities and submit to Scientology's authority. They were brainwashed by, among other techniques, being hooked up to a lie detector machine, called an "E-Meter," whereby they were coercively indoctrinated with the Scientology's peculiar definitions and meanings of words. This caused them to communicate in a language known only to Scientologists. The result of the indoctrination was blind acceptance of everything that Scientology promulgated, including the dissolution of their marriage. (Record No. 197 at 26, 32-34; Record No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶14.)

Both Aznarans were continuously subjected to techniques of coercive persuasion through which Scientology coercively inculcated them with its ideology and dominated them. Yielding to Scientology's coercion, they were subject to Scientology's domination and almost absolute control. The ideology included the premise that if they dis-affiliated with Scientology, each of them would be deemed a "suppressive person" against whom the "fair game policy" would be employed by Scientology.[3]

After 15 years of deception, coercion, exploitation and abuse, Vicki Aznaran found herself in a potentially life-threatening circumstance at the end of March 1987. Having been incarcerated for almost two months under constantly cruel conditions in Scientology's forced-labor camp dubbed "Rehabilitation Project Force" in the California desert near Gilman Hot Springs, Vicki's uterus had become infected. She had been forced to run, not walk, at all times. She was compelled for long hours to perform hard physical labor on a daily basis and sometimes with a jackhammer from 7:00 a.m. until after night fell. She was not allowed adequate sleep or provided adequate food. She was at almost all times guarded by one or two people who constantly watched her, even as she used the bathroom. Additionally, on motorcycles and in jeeps armed security guards patrolled the fenced-in area where Vicki was incarcerated. Letters from Richard Aznaran, her husband, were not delivered and he was prohibited from visiting her.

She was prohibited from reading newspapers or books. At night, she was locked up. Despite her daily requests to see a doctor for her infected uterus and consequential fever, Vicki was denied medical attention. She was in physical pain. (Record No. 197 at 22-25; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 2.)

Terrified, Vicki managed to escape from the forced labor camp in the desert and fled to Hemet, a nearby town.

Scientology leader David Miscavige and chief Security Checker, Ray Mithoff summoned Richard to Hemet where they interrogated him until 5:00 a.m. in an effort to get him to divorce Vicki because she was a "suppressive person." Richard could not compromise his loyalty to his wife. He told Miscavige and Mithoff that he would try to salvage Vicki. They sent him to the hotel to talk her into returning to Scientology. (Record No. 197 at 25.)

From April 1, 1987 to April 9, 1987, with an exception of a trip to obtain medical attention for Vicki, Richard and Vicki were held at a hotel in Hemet. They had less than $50 between the two of them. They were surveilled 24 hours per day by plainclothes security guards from a local Scientology church. They were supposed to stay in the hotel room unless they specifically left to eat. Richard felt they were physically restrained from leaving the hotel. The Aznarans were told by Mark Rathbun and Ray Mithoff that they had to remain at the hotel until the Scientology leaders were finished with them and that if they failed to "cooperate" they would be declared to be suppressive persons and subject to the fair game policy. It was reiterated to the Aznarans that the only way to avoid being declared suppressive persons was to "cooperate." (Record No. 197 at 26-29; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 10.)

Vicki and Richard had a plan to leave the control of the Scientologists but only if they could accomplish it without being declared "fair game." When Scientologists left without approval, they were declared "fair game." Over the years, the Aznarans had seen what happened to people who were subjected to the fair game

policy after they had failed to cooperate with Scientology. The Aznarans knew that if they were not "fair game," Scientology would "exercise some kind of restraint, whereas with fair game there would be no restraint." (Record No. 197 at 2 6-29.)

The Scientology security guards held all their personal belongings, including a horse and two dogs, so as to further ensure the Aznarans' cooperation. Vicki knew of others in the past whose belongings and pets were possessed by Scientology as they were leaving the organization. When such people had not "cooperated", their pets were given away and belongings destroyed. (Record No. 197 at 26; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 5.)

While in the hotel room, Mark Rathbun and Ray Mithoff for hours at a time subjected both Richard and Vicki to "security checking" and "interviews." Security checking is a form of interrogation employing the E-Meter lie detector. Security checking was a tool of thought reform and control employed by Scientology. Ray Mithoff was the highest trained and most senior security checker in all Scientology. During the time the Aznarans were confined to the hotel room, one of them would be getting security checked while the other was being interviewed by Mark Rathbun. (Record No. 197 at 28-29; Record No. 259, Exhibit B ¶¶ 3, 3A.)

During the course of the hours of security checking, Richard was reminded how powerful Scientology was and the type of command it could bring to bear upon him should he fail to cooperate fully. Much of the security checking interrogation was directed toward the reasons that the Aznarans wanted to leave Scientology. Specific

attention was paid to whether either of them harbored a secret motive for wanting to leave, whether they were going to go to the government with information concerning crimes being committed by Scientologists or their agents, give testimony or otherwise make information public that Scientology wanted kept secret. (Record No. 197 at 22-32; Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at f 6; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 2.) Particular attention was also paid to interrogating the Aznarans on how much they knew about Scientology so the threat of their leaving could be analyzed. It was intimidating to be security checked by Ray Mithoff and the Aznarans "were in terrible fear that [they] would not be allowed to leave." (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 3.)

The releases were not negotiated at all. (Record No. 259, Exhibit D ¶ 7.)

The Aznarans never requested any "loan" from Scientology. (Record No. 259, Exhibit A at ¶ 5.)

A few days before the Aznarans were allowed to leave the hotel, top Scientology leader, David Miscavige, came and spoke with them. In response to Miscavige's inquiry as to their future plans, Richard told him that they had no specific plans, but intended to stay in Southern California and work something out. Miscavige was adamant that he wanted the Aznarans to "leave Southern California" and avoid contact with people they knew, but wanted them to go to Texas. Richard told him that as he had little money, he and Vicki would have to stay in California long enough to sell their horse and make some money to finance the trip. The following day, at

Miscavige's request, Mark Rathbun suggested to Richard that Scientology purchase the horse from him as well as loan him some money so that he and Vicki could leave immediately for Texas. The Aznarans never requested any loan from Scientology. However, they were told that the reason for the loan was to keep them "out of enemy hands" and to ensure they would not be easy "prey" to those opposed to Scientology. Rathbun's offer to purchase the horse was for the purpose of expediting our departure from California. Thus, the loan and the purchase of the horse had nothing to do with the releases. Rathbun's statements to the contrary are false. (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at f 7; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 7; Record No. 197 at 32. Record No. 259, Exhibit A at ¶ 5.) The Scientologists wanted the Aznarans "out of California quickly so we would not be served with any subpoenas in the cases that were going on against them at that time." (Record No. 259, Exhibit D at f 7.) Scientology did not pay $300 more for the horse than had Richard; it paid $300 less. (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 13.)

That Scientology wanted to indemnify Vicki with respect to any lawsuit wherein she might be named was in order to maintain control over her and prevent her from testifying in a hostile manner in any litigation to which Scientology was a party or to any governmental agency. (Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 7.) With respect to the ongoing case entitled Stansfield. et al. v. Starkey, et al. wherein Vicki was at that time named as a defendant, Mark Rathbun "specifically brought up the indemnification" and "warned us that we were to contact him should there be any contact concerning this

litigation or any other litigation in which Scientology was involved. The purpose was to protect Scientology's interest however and certainly not ours." (Record No. 259, Exhibit A at ¶ 4b.)

There had been a fire at one of the Scientology ranches where Richard had worked. It destroyed all his belongings concerning which a claim was being negotiated with the insurance company. Rather than wait in California, Richard was -given $1,040.90, the value of his belongings destroyed in the fire. His understanding is that the money would later be reimbursed by the insurance company. (Record No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 8; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 7.)

Richard was also paid $387.37 in wages, according to Scientology's rules, that was owed to him for the pay period immediately preceding his departure from Scientology. However, it did not include any compensation for the many hundreds of hours of work he had performed, but been forbidden to include on his time card during the previous 13 months that he had worked for Scientology leader, Norman Starkey. He was supposed to have received minimum wage. (Record No. 259, Exhibit B at f 9; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 7.)

Through earlier contacts as a staff member with Scientology's dirty tricks unit known first as the Guardian's Office and then as the Office of Special Affairs, Richard had seen various policies concerning releases. Releases were to executed by every public and staff Scientologist before and after every single service received. Guardian's Office personnel and Scientology attorney John Peterson

told Richard that the releases were unenforceable and for purposes of deterrence only. (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 5; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 4.)

In order to dis-affiliate with Scientology without being declared "suppressive" and thereby subject to "fair game," the Aznarans did what they were told by the Scientologists. This included signing stacks of documents which they did not, with any care, read. Two of Scientology's attorneys were also present when the Aznarans complied with Scientology's orders and signed the papers whatever papers they were given. Richard said all the releases and other papers were "all handed to me at the same time. I just signed them." (Record No. 197 at 29-30; Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 4; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 3.) Vicki said "we were being watched by guards . . . and we were extremely afraid of being declared fair game if we did not cooperate. I was in a very bad physical and mental state and would have signed anything in order to get away." (Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶ 10.)

Neither of the Aznarans "carefully" read the Mutual Releases and Settlement Agreements. (Record No. 259, Exhibit A at ¶ 4a.) Any statements by Mark Rathbun to the contrary are false. (Record No. 259, Exhibit A at ¶ 2.)

At the time Vicki and Richard signed whatever releases where presented to them at the hotel, it was stressed that if they "spoke to government agents about any 'confidential information' [they] had concerning the cult that [they] would be in violation of [their] agreements and that [they] would be sued." Additionally,

they were directed to "withhold information and avoid testimony in any civil litigation where the truth may be harmful to the cult or aid someone else seeking justice." Richard concluded that "with the purpose of the releases including the withholding of information from lawful authorities, [he] certainly did not feel that they could possibly be legal or binding." (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 6.)

The Aznarans did not have the benefit of legal counsel. In fact, it was made clear that they could not seek other counsel. Id. Despite their repeated requests for a copy of the releases over many months following the Aznarans' move to Dallas, Texas, the Aznarans were not provided copies of the papers they had been forced to sign until shortly before the instant lawsuit was filed. (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶¶ 2B, 4; Record No. 259, Exhibit D at ¶¶ 2, 2A; Record No. 259, Exhibit A at. ¶ 13.)

The Aznarans do not believe that the releases and waivers supplied by Scientology in support of itself in the instant lawsuit were the papers that they signed in the hotel room in Hemet. In fact, what Scientology now asserts as the releases include more pages that what Richard recalls having signed (Record. No. 259, Exhibit B at ¶ 2A; Record No. 259, Exhibit A at. ¶ 11; Record No. 197 at 30-31.)

C. The Substance Of The Releases

The alleged releases in question provide, in part, that the Aznarans would be bound as follows:

To "release, acquit and forever discharge . . . the

CHURCH . . . from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action of every kind and nature, known and unknown, from the beginning of time to and including the date hereof." (¶ 3 of Exhibits B [As to Vicki] and C [As to Richard] to Documents Nos. 110, 111, 112 and 124.)

"Never to create or publish or attempt to publish, and/or assist another to create for publication by means of magazine, article, book or other similar form, any writing, or to broadcast, or to assist another to create, write, film or video tape or audio tape, any show, program or movie, concerning [his/her] experiences with the Church of Scientology, or personal or indirectly acquired knowledge or information concerning the Church of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, or any entities or individuals listed in Paragraph 1, above. [Plaintiff] further agrees that [he/she] will maintain strict confidentiality and silence with respect to [his/her] experiences with the Church of Scientology and any knowledge or information [he/she] may have concerning the Church of Scientology . . .." (¶ 6.C. of Exhibits B [As to Vicki] and C [As to Richard] to Documents Nos. 110, 111, 112 and 124.)

To "not voluntarily assist or cooperate with any person adverse to the religion of Scientology in any proceeding against any of the Scientology organizations, or cooperate with any person adverse to any of the organizations, individuals, and entities listed in Paragraph 1 above, in any proceeding against any of the organizations, individuals, or entities listed in Paragraph 1 above. [Plaintiffs] also [agree] [they] will not cooperate in any

manner with any organizations aligned against Scientology and any of the organizations, individuals, and entities listed in Paragraph 1 above, (¶ 6.E. of Exhibits B [As to Vicki] and C [As to Richard] to Documents Nos. 110, 111, 112 and 124.)

Will "not testify or otherwise participate in any other judicial, administrative or legislative proceeding adverse to Scientology or any of the organizations, individuals or entities listed in Paragraph 1 above unless compelled to do so by lawful subpoena or other awful process. Unless required to do so by such subpoena, [plaintiffs] [agree] not to discuss [his/her] experiences or personal or indirectly acquired information concerning the organizations, individuals, or entities listed in Paragraph 1, with anyone other than members of [his/her] immediate family. [Plaintiffs] shall not make [themselves] amenable to service of any such subpoena in a manner which invalidates the intent of this agreement. . ." The Melbourne Enquiry banning was an example of rather primitive legal structure based on convict agreements - which apparently do not agree with the concept of religious freedom or Man's basic rights to have his own beliefs.

Q.2. Scientology has been the subject of a lot of publicity in newspapers, who seem to be universally against you. Why do you think this is?
Answer. Newspapers in general tend to be hysterical in order to raise their circulation figures. Their articles are ignorant and unfounded, and we have had some very good reviews in newspapers and magazines recently from individuals who have actually personally inspected Scientology. William Burroughs [3], the well-known American writer is one of them.

Q.3. The Minister of Health, Mr. Kenneth Robinson, who is fairly well educated etc. etc. has called your cult hollow and potentially harmful - if your cult is do [sic] good, why this?

Answer. Mr. Robinson was not advised well. He never personally inspected Scientology, nor did he take note of the hundreds of thousands of success stories and successful people in Scientology. The myth that we are potentially harmful, whatever that may mean, is obviously untrue, as we are expanding so fast that we can hardly keep up with it.

Q.4. You charge enormous amounts of money for processing and training - why? Why not have free courses to benefit humanity?

Answer. We charge for results. We produce results - so much so that if anyone is not happy with their results, we refund their money. Can you tell me of any other religion that refunds for no results? We have free services initially for those who wish to take them - our services free and charged for are publicised widely.

Q.5. There have been several people in the papers suing you for money back - if you refund, why is this?

Answer. That is sub judice - so I can't comment, but obviously there is more to it than a simple refund.

Q.6. I've heard it said that every time a newspaper prints a story about you, you sue for libel to shut the paper up. This is not in accordance with the rights of a free press.

Answer. No comment. Sub judice.[4]

Q.7. What does fair game law mean? Fair game in English means that you can do anything you like to a person - hunt them down, murder them, kill them ...

Answer. In Scientology we protect our members and do not allow one Scientologist to sue another. Once a Scientologist is declared Fair Game, we will no longer protect him or her if he or she gets into any trouble - then he or she gets out of it without help. He is she is fair game for non-Scientologists.

Q.8. I've heard about disconnect letters and the way you force families to break apart, and husbands to disconnect from their wives - this is destruction of family life isn't it?

Answer. No one in Scientology is forced to disconnect from anyone. This is entirely the individual's choice. He or she can go handle the situation that is upsetting them and return, with it handled, or can disconnect for a period of time so that nothing disturbs their progress. When their auditing is finished it's the individual's choice whether he or she reconnects.

Q.9. You have declared various people enemies and suppressives - Why? Isn't it cruel and unfair?

Answer. Any group has the right to refuse admittance to a member who is trying to destroy the group. If a person is an enemy, it is better that the rest of the group should be aware of it, as no group full of destructive members survives - as has been seen. If Hitler had been declared an enemy of the German people early enough, possibly World War II would not have occurred.

Q.10. What does Scientology do?

Answer. Raises the spiritual awareness of individuals etc., etc.

N.B. Emphasis on religious aspect as well as ability aspect.

Q.11. You are a non-profit organization - but you charge fees and make a profit - so how can you be non-profit-making?

Answer. I draw your attention to what non-profit means. It means that all money made is plowed back into improvements of the organization and expansion. This is done by every Church in the world, and very successfully by the Roman Catholic Church.

No group can survive in charity, and if it is charitable it is a solution to a problem that isn't being handled. Oxfam is a solution to problems in underdeveloped countries. If the problem in those countries were being correctly handled, Oxfam would not exist.

Q.12. Do you think that drugs are good?

Answer. We do not use drugs, and find them unnecessary.

Q.13. Why did Ron Hubbard divorce his first wife?

Answer. That is Ron Hubbard's business, not yours and is irrelevant.

Q.14. Is it true that Ron Hubbard has been banned from England?

Answer. No.

Q.15. Where is LRH?

Answer. I have no idea. I hope he is enjoying himself.

Q.16. What is the Sea Organization?

Answer: An organization which sails around the world interested in gases and oils under the sea.

Q.17. Why is this necessary?

Answer: Exploration of the sea is a very interesting project - which the Sea Org is engaged on.

Q.18. L. Ron Hubbard is a millionaire making money from you, as you slave away for a very small sum. Don't you think this is wrong?
Answer. Your assumption is incorrect. Ron Hubbard has private money in his own right. He makes no money from Scientology - all money made is used by the Church to further its expansion. Scientologists are paid according to the laws of the country.

Q.19. You have been accused of brain-washing people - what do you say to this?

Answer. The definition of brain-washing is: "subjection of a person to systematic indoctrination or mental pressure with a view to getting him to change his views or to confess to a crime." (Chamber's Dictionary) This means that you are decreasing the awareness of an individual by pain, unconsciousness and pressure, or drugs, whereas Scientology is increasing the person's awareness to assess for himself and hold his own views.

Certain documents the cult creates are more vicious and used for more evil even than SP declares, as we're discussing on another related thread. And then there are the programs, of course, where the fair game is targeted out.

Hubbard’s 1968 “Racket Exposed” statement above is an early hybrid that both declared the people Suppressive Persons and issued a program for their handling: they are to be run on reverse process; any Sea Org member contacting any of them is to use Auditing Process R2-45; the Criminals Prosecution Bureau is to find any and all crimes in their pasts and have them brought to court and prison.

This handling for SPs remains the same today among Scientologists. The significant difference is now SPs fight back, and we can’t be completely isolated. We’ve got Scientologists’ numbers, and the Scientologists don’t like it. There can be no doubt that Rex Fowler shot Tommy Ciancio because Fowler spotted Ciancio as a Suppressive Person. But generally the Sea Org personnel who would be sent on Scientology’s R2-45 operations are held in check, just as they were in 1968, by fear of prosecution, and, of course, fear of us fighting back.

Scientologists still run reverse processing on SPs. Marty does it standardly in his communications, which are visible. And, of course Miscavige has his personnel run reverse processing on SPs, in their equally religiously standard communications. Roadrunner on alt.religion.scientology demonstrates reverse processing perhaps the best of all Scientologists on the Internet.

The Scientologists also still universally lust and slave to find any and all crimes in the SPs’ pasts and have them brought to court and prison. And, of course, as Hubbard said elsewhere in scripture to do, and as can also be seen in Scientologists’ Internet communications, they manufacture crimes in the SPs’ past, not only to get the SPs charged and imprisoned, but to continue to do all the other evils to them, including reverse processing, that comprise the Scientologists’ black PR and fair game arsenal.

The Scientologists’ solution is to stop being bullies, and that pretty well would require rejection of the SP doctrine, which is a doctrine of bullying. And the people they’d have to stop bullying are the SPs; which is why the Scientologists don’t repudiate the SP doctrine, and also why they continue to black PR their victims.

Just in Scientology’s black PR department, since the document doesn’t specifically order fair game actions, here’s OSA Int ED 19 “Squirrels,” from 1984, the Hubbard period, when Marty was over OSA, Rinder was OSA, and Miscavige was the conduit to Hubbard.

Judge Breckenridge’s monumental decision in Scientology v. Armstrong was June 20, 1984. Gerry testified in the B & G Wards trial and that judgment came down July 23. The Breckenridge decision became the judgment in the Armstrong case August 10. And the cult dated the “Squirrels” ED September 20.

The Armstrong Operation, starring Dan Sherman, had been going for 2 ½ years, and in fact they gave Gerry the OSA ED as an operating target. Dave Kluge, Sherman, Rinder, Gene Ingram all had operating targets, and Marty operated them, and DM reported to Hubbard.

If what is attributed to Louis Farrakhan on his site is accurate, his "God Will Send Saviors" speech is an alarmingly grim application of Scientology's SP doctrine to Caucasians. Caucasians should be alerted that the application of the SP doctrine is a condition of war, that Hubbard called fair game.

Everyone who applies the SP doctrine has his or her SPs. As ridiculous as it is, Farrakhan's SPs are the Caucasians. The doctrine is sick, no matter who applies it and to whom. Hubbard was the sociopath in this paradigm, and not the class he labeled. I am posting the entire article in the public interest.

Whether you know it or not, this is The Time of War. Black man and woman of America, study the Book of Joel, Chapter 3, because this scripture is really about you, the real “Children of Israel.” It is what has been done to us—that you are willing to forgive, and even to forget after you know—which is bringing on The War of Armageddon.

Soon, and very soon, even our blood will be running in the streets. You will call for the end of a world like this.

The ‘lawful captives,' prey of a wicked oppressor

“Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, and shall the lawful captive be delivered?” (Isaiah 49: 24) What is a “prey”? It is an animal that is hunted and killed by another for food; a “prey” is also a person that is easily injured or taken advantage of.

The Black man and woman of America are the prey in the hands of our wicked oppressors, and now we have become “lawful captives.” You, Black man and woman of America: You are the “prey” in the hands of your wicked enemies. You thought that the 13th Amendment ended “slavery,” but the wording was so deceitful: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Anything you do today, they love to call it a “felony”; then they can enslave you lawfully, because you are a criminal. Isn't that something? Then, in the so-called Reconstruction Era, they quickly set up the Jim Crow laws, making nearly everything we do, or think of doing, a “crime.” They fill the jails and the prisons with us, and then lease us back out to private industry to build the roads, the bridges, the canals, the railroads: Back in slavery again!

The 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States made us “lawful captives,” for it states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” They declared us to be “citizens” without the rights of a citizen. And whether you want to believe it or not, you're still in that ugly position today. They call us “citizens” mockingly. But if you had the rights of citizens, there would be peace in The Valley.

Foolish men and women, who think that because you have money that you're “free,” who think that because you can put “bling-bling” around your silly neck, diamonds on your wrist, that you're “free”! You think because you can throw a ball in a hoop, and play great football, that you're free! You're just a lawful captive.

Remember The Words of Elijah Muhammad

Wake up Black man and woman, your time of deliverance has come! This people who refuse to give us justice, or let us go and give us a proper sendoff; who, after we built the country, after our hands picked the cotton that made the South rich and fueled the Industrial Revolution in the North, and we fought in all their wars: Who are these people to treat a people like this? It is shameful.

Nevertheless, Allah (God) is fighting now to deliver us in the exact manner that He said He would through the mouth of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Remember his words from the book The Fall of America; that God is going to use the Four Great Judgments of rain, hail, snow and earthquakes: “The Four great judgments that Almighty Allah (God) is bringing upon America are rain, hail, snow and earthquakes… The forces of nature are great weapons as we see them in play upon America… What can you do with a God like that?” This is taking place not only in America, but throughout the world!

In the beginning of this year we have witnessed some of the severest snow in recorded history, and the news called it “Snowmageddon”—a take-off on “Armageddon.” Elijah Muhammad also wrote: “Snow is of the most dreaded plague…it destroys your highways, your cities; your concrete and gravel in towns and cities. It puts a great burden of expense on the cities.” Chicago is already broke, but this winter has sunk the treasuries. Too much snow, you can't fly your planes! Too much snow, your tractors can't move; your tanks can't move! The Bible teaches that God treasured up snow in the North to use it “The Great Day of Battle,” and here comes the snow!

In 2010, more people were killed worldwide by natural disasters than were killed in terrorist attacks in the past 40 years combined! An Associated Press article stated that 2010 was “the year the Earth struck back.” Those of you who read the Holy Qur'an: Read it again. But don't read it “just to read,” read it because it is a Book that describes what goes on right up to The Day of Judgment. The Qur'an speaks of calamity after calamity, until the enemy is laid low, so now the oceans are rising; and the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said he would build nothing on the East coast or the West coast, even in the South because soon the waters will over-flood. Yes, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said the people would be pushed more toward the center of the country.

Last Saviours' Day, February 28, 2010, at the end of my message to the Believers and the world, I warned the world to “watch the weather” as a sign that Allah would back my words from Him and my father, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. And according to the weather experts, 2010 was considered one of the worst years for severe weather in recorded history.

And the way this year has begun, you have seen nothing yet.


The Reactive Minds of Sociopaths

Nearly a century after the “Slavery Problem” was put on Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President called into his office a delegation of five Washington preachers who were former slaves. And Lincoln said, quote: “…You and we are different races. We have between us a broader difference than exists between almost any other two races. …Your race suffer very greatly, many of them by living amongst us, while our race suffers from your presence. …If this is admitted, it affords a reason at least why we should be separated.” This delegation listened intently to the White Separatist President, but they chose to remain in America to try to achieve the promise they saw in the Emancipation Proclamation.

Even after the horrors of slavery, the great leaders of our people challenged the president and those who advocated our separation as to why we should be expected to leave! Because they knew just how much sweat, blood and tears Black people had expended to make America the leader among the nations of the world. Frederick Douglass, a great champion of our right to remain in America, said: “For 228 years has the colored man toiled over the soil of America, under a burning sun and a driver's lash—plowing, planting, reaping, that white men might roll in ease, their hands unhardened by labor, and their brows unmoistened by the waters of genial toil; and now that the moral sense of mankind is beginning to revolt at this system of foul treachery and cruel wrong, and is demanding its overthrow, the mean and cowardly oppressor is meditating plans to expel the colored man entirely from the country. Shame upon the guilty wretches that dare propose, and all that countenance such a proposition. We live here—have lived here—have a right to live here, and mean to live here.”

That speech is the sentiment of most; and it is not a “wrong” sentiment, because you are justified by knowing what we gave to America to want to be here! But I ask you this: What do you know about prophecy? Why do you think even to go to a toilet with them, you had to die? Why do you think that after giving them all that you have you're still suffering in the streets of America?

It is because you don't know The Time; and therefore, you don't know what should be done. And in truth, you really don't know your oppressor.

Have you ever noticed why none of our organizations really reach what they're supposed to reach? They start, they build up, they empty out; and if you're still lucky, they come back again—but then they empty out again? Well, what's wrong with us? What's wrong in the church that we're talking about “demons” outside, and the demons that are wrecking the church, the hypocrites wrecking the mosque, are on the inside? It's a sickness that's in us. If you ask yourself, in all the years that we've been around looking at the suffering of our people, what is it about us that we can't seem to get together and agree on anything and move forward? And if we do agree on something, and someone gets a “big name” out of the something we agree on, envy comes up, and we break the organization? Well let's go to the root of it, because the sickness is not somewhere else! It's right in our minds.

In Scientology, they talk about the type of people who are called “Sociopaths.” The Scientologists believe that a “Sociopath” is a person who has a Suppressive Personality; and once you've come under that type of person, you become a Potential Trouble Source. Scientologists also talk of the “Reactive Mind,” and what is considered as “enemies” within the Reactive Mind, called “engrams” (demons). And it is from the Reactive Mind of The Enemy who imposes upon us their Sociopathic Tendencies that now we are Potential Trouble Sources for ourselves and others.

In my study of “Sociopaths,” I learned that these are persons manifesting anti-social behavior or character traits. I said to some of those in Scientology that were sharing their knowledge with me: “You know, we have been living under White people for at least 4,000 years since they emerged from the hillsides and caves of Europe. I am looking at the Caucasian personality as that of a ‘sociopath.'” According to the Scientologists, a “sociopath” is a “dangerous person” to organization. And when you find these people you have to expel them from any organization, because a sociopath is not governed by laws that keep order in a society, nor can they be trusted among groups of people who share one common cause. For if such a person gets into leadership, that person will only be a Suppressive Personality: A cruel, exploitative, brutal personality.

I say, dear Caucasian people, that if you were, by nature, “social beings,” you would have manifested the qualities that produce harmony in societal relationships. But you have manifested a personality disorder that is against the laws of a genuine society.

The Caucasian may have developed some semblance of a society for their people, but what they've developed for the benefit of their people never applied to us. Master Fard Muhammad said to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad: “Cast the rotten apple out quick!”—He didn't say try to coddle somebody that's rotten! If you leave a rotten person in your society, after a while the whole bunch will become rotten! The whole church will become rotten, the mosque will become rotten, the organization will become rotten because you saw a rotten apple, but you didn't have the courage to cast it out! This is why Master Fard Muhammad asked the question: “Why isn't the Devil settled on the Best Part of the Planet Earth?” Answer: “Because knowing that he was wicked, and there would not be any peace among them, [we] put him out!” And that is why today, Caucasian people, you will be put out from all over the Earth if you don't make a change.

But so will you, Black people, because no one is interested in you with this savage behavior that we display! We are Trouble Sources! Wherever we are, we make trouble; if no trouble is there, we'll create it! We have become “little devils,” and we are now prone to wickedness under the Reactive Mind of our Sociopathic slave master.

A “sociopath” is a sick dude! There's nothing you can do to correct them; they refuse to even admit that they are wrong! And even when I face some members of the Jewish community, and some Whites, with clear truth, they stand in my face knowing that I'm telling the truth, and deny. That is why Jesus said: “I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.” (John 8:37). These people take their wrong, and put it on me.

They are the haters, not I. They are the real anti-Semites, not I. They are the demons, not I. They are the Satan, not I. I am here to uncover and expose Satan and become an Instrument of God to end their world!


Warning to America: Stay out of Libya

There is trouble that is going on in Libya and in the Middle East. I don't know what's going on in Libya because I haven't been there in a while, but Brother Muammar Gadhafi has always been my friend. People tell me that I should distance myself from my brother, but understand: I am not a punktified Negro.

The last time I sat with my brother, Colonel Muammar Gadhafi, I told him, “Brother Gadhafi, America will never forgive you for what you've done. And they'll come among you only to destroy you and the Revolution that you've brought into being.” He patted me on my leg as if to say, “I know, Brother.” He didn't say a word, he just patted my leg. He didn't have a problem until he let them in. I was in Iraq three days before the bombs fell in 1991, and there were Muslim Sunni mosques, Shia mosques; there were Christian churches and Jewish temples and synagogues, and even under Saddam Hussein there was peace among them. But when America went in under the guise that he had “weapons of mass destruction,” did they find any? No! So what was “Operation Shock and Awe” about?

You want to bring Gadhafi before the International Criminal Court? What about George Bush? What about Donald Rumsfeld? What about a government that lied to the American people, and caused the lives of hundreds of thousands to be lost? They need to put America out of Iraq, out of Afghanistan, because the trouble didn't begin until the Trouble Maker came in.

President Obama, if you allow the Zionists to push you to mount a military offensive against Gadhafi, and you go in and kill him and kill his sons, as the United States government did with Saddam Hussein and his sons, I am warning you: This is a Libyan problem.

Let the Libyans solve their problem among themselves.

‘Sedition' and ‘Treason': False Charges against God's Servant

What is “Sedition”? It is “actions or words intended to incite rebellion against government authority.” I can't tell Black people to fight a war that is Israel's war! What kind of leader will you be, or should I be, to allow these babies—Black, White and Brown—to fight Israel's war because Zionists dominate the government of the United States of America, and her banking system?

What is “Treason”? It is “the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign, or, overthrow the government.” I'm not guilty of that! But some are planning that right now.

These are my words for our brother president, Barack Obama: In 1942, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was sent to prison because President Franklin Delano Roosevelt issued an Executive Order to take him off the streets when America was prosecuting a war, and America needed some Black bodies to go and fight a war even though there was no benefit for us in fighting such a war. And now, the Zionists are pushing President Obama to go to war with Iran over some suspected nuclear power that the Israelis have that Iran does not have!

When Carol Moseley Braun was a U.S. Senator, she came and had dinner with me one day. We were talking about things, and I remember how these words rolled out of her mouth: “But you know, Minister, they can arrest you for treason.” I said, “Oh well…”

Do you think that I should stand by quiet if Israel attacks Iran? America is going to come into it, so that means they're calling us, aged 35-50! The United States government will tell us, “We've got trouble over there….your country needs you!” Now you need us? But when we needed a job, we didn't see one! We need justice, we don't have any! You're killing our people in the streets, what about that? You're taxing the hell out of us; we're losing our homes because you tricked us! Where's any relief for us? “Well, don't worry … just fight this war. And when it's over, things are gonna get better for you!”

Do you think that they're afraid of my voice? Yes they are! I don't have any guns. What I have is something in my mouth that's more powerful than guns! While most of you with “guns” can't shoot straight anyway, with The Truth that I speak, I don't miss a soul! Allah's Truth finds you wherever you are! If America goes to war, President Obama, like President Roosevelt, may be forced to sign an Executive Order that he's not fully in agreement with, to take Farrakhan off the streets; and charge him with “sedition” and “treason.”

I told my followers that when they come that I don't want you fighting them, because they're only coming to kill you. But I've been expecting them.

I know what I have to go through. And I am going to be The Winner—that I know!

This was posted by Veda on ESMB, who has come under Scientology attack for being Gerry Armstrong, which he isn't. There's even a bunch of black PR on Rathbun's blog attacking them both for writing similarly, even if they're not each other. I think I'll review Veda's 6400 plus posts, and check out those similarities, and why the Scientologists and their collaborators vilify both Gerry and Veda so egregiously. CMO PAC ED 280 was a 1979 "pilot" checksheet for indoctrinating Scientologists in Hubbard's toxic SP doctrine. The checksheet included numerous Flag Orders and focused on an organizational application. Although this directive undoubtedly expired, the Hubbard material which it lists is still enforced.

Scientologists, including Independent Scientologists, clearly associate administrative failures and "down statistics" to evil. Just as clearly, L. Ron Hubbard used the doctrine to prevent Scientologists from confronting him and his judicially declared alter ego, the Church of Scientology.

The Gerry Armstrong case shows what Scientologists do to good people who wake up and confront the actual evil.

A "Hill 10" is slang for a situation that has been worsened by delay or false reports or hat dumps or non-compliance and becomes a mad rush by other persons or a senior to handle.

HILL 10s are made by someone, always. Usually the situation was known in time to handle easily but not-dones, half dones or false reports make it necessary for another to handle at breakneck speed to avert a catastrophe.

The "too little, too late" of PR events is an example.

The failure to keep a proper admin or finance record and then when the lack is crucial dumping it on another to do with little time left to do it in is another instance of a Hill 10.

INVESTIGATION

Usually Hill 10s in an area are caused over and over again by the same person.

It is necessary, when a Hill 10 occurs, and has been fully handled, to investigate and find whose not-done, half done or false or alarming report caused it.

When the person is identified he should be given a Court of Ethics with the minimum penalty (whatever else is assigned) of 50 hours amends on his own time preferably devoted to hard mest work and/or handling existing backlogs. This may give him the idea of what he is doing to his fellow staff members or seniors.
