Paul, I have apologized to the mods. I was wrong to post it. At the time I posted it, I didn't see the harm because the cult is already aware who (name removed) is.. this individual was served a C & D letter when the cult was pulling all that crap, and the cult guards referred to (name removed) by his legal name at protests, as the Scilons did with me & other anons.

Likewise, for years on WWP, anons posted using my real name vs. "Smurf" and the mods said & did nothing. I said nothing because I didn't care. It's ironic that there's all this bawwing on WWP about my "doxing" (nick removed by mod), but not a peep was heard when I was continually doxed for the 3 years I was on WWP. Hypocrisy has no bounds there.

Moving on... I apologize for upsetting you & others here and will be mindful not to repeat it in the future. I am not beyond reproach or constructive criticism.

I'm no longer interested, DLRH. Miranda is a mixed bag. She says she does not want to get involved, but she "likes" almost every one of Sue's post & Miranda has cast dispersions, as well.

WWP is a mixed bag as well. There are anons & a few mods I know of that truly have their heart in exposing what's wrong in Scientology, and there are just as many trolls who caused a ruckus and wage personal attacks for entertainment value, while the mods sit on their hands & do nothing. Many anons have expressed discontent with Herro, and it is Miranda that's consistently defending him. It boggles the mind, but as is often posted on WWP... NYPA.

Yeah, posting the mod's name here made our whole site implicated for awhile. Now we're back to all nicknames for critics and that's good. The wwp concern seems to be that you should have gone to the authorities first before tipping off Sea Org that this boy had become a topic on wwp. I saw it more that you didn't know what authorities to go to, and you were looking for research buddies. That's why I went looking for California rules about schools, found schools over 6 students had to be registered, found the site listing those schools, and found Canyon Oaks on L. Ron Hubbard Way. When I googled it and found Montalvo, that cinched it. I do think this open conversation may help this boy, because I think Sea Org may well send him home to mom - how can they "hide" him if Child Protective Services ask about him? Child Protective Services could then call the mom and tell her Sea Org has misplaced her child. And, how can Sea Org risk letting Child Protective Services professionally interview the boy? A 12 year old can't be coached for every possible question. Home and a regular school are the logical places for Sea Org to send him, and in fact every Cadet if they think it through.

However, next time, if you found clues that, say, Heber Jentzsch was in a coma at a nursing home, but you weren't sure where, you might want to private message people first and ask for them to snoop around the Net and (discreetly) the grapevine, and figure out the clues.

I could care less what the wwp concern is. Part of the problem of posting there is that most of the anons are not ex-Scilons, and they think they know what's best in handling a situation and want to force that view on others.

There's a reason for being open & transparent versus doing everything covertly in some cases. It's not the case in every scenario, I agree. Being transparent puts more heat on the cult to react in a manner that's not conducive to their agenda.

Smurf, we both don't always see eye-to-eye too, and yeah, sometimes you're just stomping around like the famous bull in the china shop, but the bullshit sue et al. are currently pulling is ridiculous. I really hope the more intelligent mods will eventually stop the nonsense.

I was misquoted meaning that this quotation was erroneously assigned to me. I did not say anything of this sort because I know nothing about the protection that the modes have.

It seems to me that Sue’s anger was caused by the photograph of cancer-stricken boy posted by Smurf (I have not seen the photograph). This does not look like a big deal to me because similar photographs are all over the Internet. The first person to post such photo is required by the law to obtain the child parents’ written consent, the others who copy the photo are not required to do anything.

Thank you for recognizing the gravity of it. Yes there are a lot of double standards at WWP and in some cases none.

Though smurf has apologized about revealing here something that was known to many including the cult, I have to give accolades to smurf for apologizing though I personally think he did nothing wrong. From day ONE if everyone stood up and used their REAL name it would defang an almost toothless beast, I.E the OSA goons and the cult. This would have long ago alleviated this entrenched paranoia that has been fed for decades concerning the cult. This behavior only emboldens the cult! Does one have the right to privacy? Why yes, but when and if you step into this arena you well better know the rules.

A question was raised if a mod or administrator could be brought to a court as the result of CoS complain. I can think about only one scenario when civil lawsuit against a person who runs an anti-Scientology website is possible -- it could happen if someone posts a copyrighted data at the website.
