I've been getting ALOT of well wishes & support in pm's here, on Facebook, by email & telephone. To those who telephoned me, I will try to call you back this weekend (yes, I will return calls to Germany).

I, however, will no longer respond to communications regarding my being banned on WWP or the thread created there to attack & denigrate me, with the blessing of the admins. I know their legal names & other data about them should a future legal remedy require it. It speaks volumes about their integrity when they use a forum to wage personal attacks & defamation on an individual, and not allowing the individual an outlet to respond. Thanks to the anons that provided me with additional dox. Note: I was provided today with a screenprint of the 17 pages of the thread.

I also appreciate the intel being sent to me by numerous persons with regards to children in the SO.. it has been a big help & is keeping me & others busy. Because Monday is a federal holiday in the U.S. (Martin Luther King Day) and state & federal agencies will be closed, a lion's share of work will be started on Tuesday.

In re: Jet Arranz, I've been in comm with an attorney that specializes in child advocacy & parental neglect cases, advises me that child neglect cases are jurisdictional, i.e., responsibility for investigating child abuse lies where the child is living. That does not apply, however, if the U.S. Department of Justice is involved where is a federal case.

It also poses an interesting question about the viability of law enforcement investigating the cult for using children as slave labor in Clearwater. The Clearwater PD has a human trafficking unit, their officers on the street have, no doubt, observed Sea Org children, and even the RPF, and have done nothing. I hope that will change for the better.

And to those who observe the holiday in a meaningful way.. Happy Martin Luther King Day. :)

It it a coincidence that Jet Arranz and Jett Travolta share the same 1st name (minus one T, of course)?

Jet Arranz' legal first name is Jorge.

I don't understand. You seem like a good person, and a valued and knowledgeable contributor over here, what happened?

Nothing changed, except that I came to a realization what defines integrity in a person, and what does not. :) My friend, Sue, who graduated from the Dale Carnegie School of Artful Gloating, posted..

"Well you see the thing is smurf: we don't, and that is why you are quickly losing your audience. You are the only one that can stop yourself from being alienated. Step one, drop the retcon. You can revisit the story all you want, everyone but a few gullible individuals can see right through your lies, especially since many have seen you do wrong firsthand.

Step two, drop the grandiose statements. Nobody cares about your imaginary lawyers and wealth, comments referring to casually hanging out with attorneys, preparing a case against this site -- and i can only presume myself -- not only make you sound full of angst, but delusional. As is claiming to spend hundreds on phone bills, wtf this is not the 90's. Have you even come near a phone in the past decade to believe such tariffs are commonplace? So besides a brilliant display of your ignorance: what is that supposed to infer?

Step three, take a break and pray some of the people you pissed off will against better judgment let you back in. Step four, stick to what you said about not wanting to come near WWP ever again. Stay out of osa old man, and let the osa stay out of you, and please don't sue me -- i'm mortified."

LOL... I love Sue. He should be doing stand-up.

I don't post much here, or anywhere for that matter. What I did realize early on in my dialogue with people both in the protest movement and those who just want to chat about their time in the cult, is that WWP is not the sort of place for me. Consider it a compliment if the luminaries there consider it not a place for you either.

Not enough people say it, thanks for all the work you do around here. It is efforts like yours that keep me lurking here, and occasionally emerging from lurkerdom. It feels safe here.

One way to help is to pick an area of interest, like Narconon, or Texas orgs, or children in Scientology, or WISE, and research it. Then periodically do news searches for your area and post them. If you are willing to tell schools or government agencies your real name, it's helpful to write polite but assertive letters warning about, say, a new Narconon coming to your state. You can use Google, for example, "State of Texas" + "Health" to find who to write to in the state government about the health dangers of Narconon.

Another way to help is to look for a local protest group. Sometimes it organizes at whyweprotest, so look there first. Try picketing with a group, remaining as anonymous as possible until you trust people. If whyweprotest doesn't have a picket page for your city, use Google again (Scientology + Protest + Austin, for example) or a skeptic group at http://www.meetup.com to look for picketing buddies. Always have a buddy with a camera and obey all laws - don't even jaywalk or step onto the org's parking lot. Ask your city what permits are required and follow the rules, like always keep moving and don't block the sidewalk.
