Just had another thought or two: I wonder how often the health department checks for ultra-high niacin levels in the food? Has anyone actually SEEN their business or liquor licenses? The restaurant HAS to be open to the public; the already-fleeced can't afford to eat there.

Health departments, like the IRS, are full of SPs that are not afraid to go anywhere. I would suspect they are operating wholly legally.

But then, you never really know, do you?
