DR. HAROLD PUTHOFF AND THE GOERGE W. BUSH POLICE STATE.

Post by totalfreedom » Sat Aug 27, 2005 1:44 am

This thread was commented to me by Mr. Don Carlo, for which I thank him very much.

A person conmmented about perceptions while going exterior from his body.

The comments of his "friends" were: "That is the biochemical activity of your brain, the psychs say so..."

And since I am tired of listening to psych studies on the subject of remote viewing (lasting decades, done with tax payer money [your money], and resulting in, "we believe..." or "we apearently consider..." and "we have prooven a 0.000000000000001 per cent variation"... and such inacuracies...) I prefer to look at the original documents on remote viewing and exteriorization.

Note: There seems to be two ways to do remote viewing. One is by exteriorization and tha other one is by telephaty.

Dr. Hall Puthoff and the George W. Bush police state.

This is the documentation that proves the discovery by the CIA that scientologists can do remote viewing and the psychotic reaction thereof.

"DOCUMENT TITLE: Briefing of CIA officials by Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ on Remote Viewing
"SUBJECT: Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff and his associate, physicist Russel Targ, meet with and brief CIA officials on success of Remote Viewing experiments
"PARTIES: Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff, Scientology OT VII Ingo Swann; Scientology OT VII Pat Price; Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); John McMahon, head of CIA's Office of Technical Services; "Ken Kress," CIA's Project Officer; Unknown head of CIA's Office of Research and Development (ORD)

"BACKGROUND AND NOTES

"Pursuant to the 1 October 1972 CIA contract, Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff, head of the CIA's secret Remote Viewing program at Stanford Research Institute, briefs "selected CIA officials" on the success of the program. (This briefing, coupled with a later written report on the success of Remote Viewing, will result a year later in a new expanded CIA program under contracts from two divisions of CIA, one of which--Office of Research and Development (ORD) will later utilize Scientology OT VII Ingo Swann for the training of in-house CIA personnel in the Scientology-based Remote Viewing techniques.)

"Within 9 days of this briefing, IRS will issue an "administrative summons" on Henning Heldt of the Guardian Office, and on the Church of Scientology of California--where all of Hubbard's copyrighted works are owned--part of a covert plan created with IRS by Meade Emory in his position as Legislation Counsel to the Joint Committee on Taxation.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"1 c. February 1973
Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ have meetings with "selected Agency [CIA] personnel," presumably at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, to review the results of their research contract with CIA. Several Office of Research and Development officers show interest in contributiing their own "expertise and office funding" to the research efforts. (Prior to this, the contract has been with CIA’s Office of Technical Services [OTS].)

Note: Dr. Puthoff claims (according to a user of this board) he has nothing to do with Scientology.

"DOCUMENT TITLE: CIA Contract for Remote Viewing

"SUBJECT: CIA's Office of Technical Services (OTS) contracts with Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff to spearhead their research into out-of-body perception

"PARTIES: Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff, Scientology OT VII Ingo Swann; Scientology OT VII Pat Price; Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, head of CIA's Office of Technical Services; John McMahon, replaces Gottlieb at about the same time as the contract; "Ken Kress," CIA's Project Officer; Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)

"BACKGROUND AND NOTES

"The existence of this CIA contract is a brutal fact that makes some people very uncomfortable. The really unstable ones are even known to start chanting "Black helicopter black helicopters black helicopters" over and over. (Drool often follows.)

"Unfortunately for those unfortunates, it is a cold, hard fact nonetheless, reported in the CIA's own in-house publication, Studies in Intelligence. Its relationship to the events in our chronology and reports will have to be left to the analysis of researchers, investigators, and hopefully law enforcement and Congressional committees looking into these issues--which is our urgent recommendation. But it is a matter of record that the program was successful enough for CIA to issue contracts to expand the program on 1 February 1974, and for Scientology OT VII Hal Puthoff, head of the CIA program, to issue a report on its success in 1975. It's also known that the program was successful enough to run in strict secrecy, under various names and agencies, for 23 years--through at least September 1995, if not continuing under some other cloak today.

"What can also be stated with certainty is that no officials in Scientology were advised of this contract, either by the government, or by the Scientologists involved in the contract, and that within a fairly short time the Guardian Office (GO) began filing Freedom of Information Act suits against CIA and other intelligence branches of the federal governement, as well as against the FBI. The GO had at least 14 such suits pending when the FBI raided the Guardian Office in the United States on 8 July 1977. And many of the suits resulted in adverse rulings against the FOIA requests by the Scientologists on the grounds of national security.

"Here is an abstract of the record of the contract as reported in the CIA publication:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"1 October 1972
CIA Office of Technical Service Contract 8473 is issued. It is marked CONFIDENTIAL. It is a $50,000 research contract with "the physicists at SRI." That includes former NSA employee, now Scientology OT VII, Hal Puthoff, but the contract also allows for the hiring of two other Scientology OTs, Ingo Swann and Pat Price. The contract is for an "expanded effort in parapsychology." A CIA agent, "Ken Kress," is assigned as the CIA "Project Officer" for the contract. [NOTE: The program is greatly expanded over the ensuing years, split between CIA and DIA, and is managed under the auspices of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. One strange note: the date of the contract is a Sunday. But there is an even stranger note: the CIA contract is issued by the CIA's "Office of Technical Services," which goes under the acronym OTS. Yet prior to this contract with the Scientology-trained OTs, the same division of CIA had been called "Technical Services Division," the acronym being TSD.]
