Fred, obviously the cops were summoned to arrest you. You have a right to ask for the phone records of who called the cops. Even if you can't change the arrest, you can publicize the person involved in this highly suspicious action.
The other question is how did your office get notified about this situation. Usually the cops don't call your boss. The night watchman, unless he knew you, also wouldn't call your boss. It usually takes a week for the local paper to print the police blotter of arrests. So who called your boss?
Remember that weird stuff like this scares your company. Even if you can prove your innocence, your company might fear bad guys setting you up for another incident. If you got rehired, and got drugged again and somebody got hurt on your ex-employer's premises, they'd get sued. So don't expect your job back, and don't get mad at your boss. Just ask about who called your boss, and what did he say.
Be sure to demand a drug test off the blood sample. Tell them to always keep the evidence locked up, since evidence mysteriously disappears in some CoS cases. Demand a jury trial.

| Dude--that's sick! Can the police dust the wheel for prints? I'm assuming that you weren't driving the car. Also, I would call the cops on the break in. Plus, there may be security cameras around office buildings. If they can review the tapes, and determine if anyone else got out of the car after the accident, then that would help the investigation. Time is of the essence. Get started now. |

I cannot begin to say what I am thinking. MOFOs does not begin to cover it. Fair Game is alive and well.
Fred, call Chuck, he has tons of media contacts...that is what you need right now.
I think you were maybe drugged with one of those date rape things,,rohypnol? I know there are others,,,get a good lawyer to test your blood they took when they arrested you.
I wish you the best, and please keep poting, but more important keep reading.
What has happened to you is nothing compared to what some have been through. We are here to help.
My best, Ladybird |

| I'm just saying, if you get a report going with the police, it will make any other investigations that much easier. Plus they can dust for fingerprints, or do other forensic work. It doesn't matter if they didn't take anything. They trashed your place. And the fact that the break in occurred at the exact same time as your supposed DUI certainly should ring up some questions. |

Fred...........
What a F*** Drag! First off, shame on EVERY Scientologist who supports such a sick organization. I don't give a rats ass if you 'don't believe it'....
WAKE THE F** UP!
Fred................I'd suggest right off the bat joining Pre-Paid Legal. They're a team of attorneys who only cost $20/month.........and it's a start until you find someone better. I'll ask around...they're are a few lawyers who still take on the cult. Meantime, get started with them.
Secondly, yes, report your break in, as has been suggested, as that's against the law, and there just may be some evidence you need.
Jesse Prince had a similar set up, where he had some drinks with a guy in a bar, and they planted grass in his home, and he ended up with a flock of armored police at his doorstep. Truly freaky! Sounds like someone slipped you something. Just write out evey person you were with that night, for how many minutes.
Definitely let Chuck know about this, as he has said many times that he has links to media who could possibly jump on this, IF you can prove the connection. Until there is proof, it may be a long shot.
Stay in touch, and stay strong! I'm very sorry you've had to experience that. How utterly frightening! I hope you find some evidence....but at least you have us...so do stay in touch
Call me if you need to just talk ......hearts of oak.....

Thanks magoo1- I don't know who Chuck, or maybe I do. I'm not good with names.
Any links on lawyers would be appreciated. I've had a lawyer for the last two years and now I don't have one. I don't know where to begin.

Fred..........
Who is Safe Pedestrian Foundation??? Where was this posted?
Is that all just total BS or are you part of such a group? Just curious.
What are the facts behind all of that, or is it all BS?
Don't do this to "Show people why not to be a critic of your organization".......if anything, do it to show why NOT to join
their idiot, mafia organization hiding behing the curtains of
'religion'.
Stay strong !

Paul,
When you said that you got married in Vegas were you kidding OR is this true? (I was just wondering.)
On another point: I think that Tory is refering to Chuck Beatty.
Regards,
Larry
